Columbus GA has more cons than pros but it's all opinion I suppose. But if you really want to know where I live at I currently reside in Cataula. The higher living area in Harris County. |

Specifically Cerritos/Long Beach (in Los Angeles County), about a 15-20 minute drive from L.A. Ten minutes to the ocean, 20 minutes to Hollywood (it's NOT glamorous at all, unless you're like me and you wander around it in zombie make-up with a few hundred people), 30 minutes to the mountains, 2 hours from Mexico, 6 hours from Arizona. I go to a university in "the OC" (Orange County). A lot of people in California get pretty judgmental about the OC because of a certain... ahem... TV series. Yeah, it's got a lot of rich douches, but then again so do L.A. and San Francisco. Tons of hipsters everywhere in this state. It's kinda trippy living here. You see a lot of craziness, and just about every week we come across a movie/TV shoot. "Dexter" and "CSI: Miami" regularly shoot within a couple miles of my house. "CSI: Miami" shot its last episode at my university. I had to interview the crew for the paper at the time. Elara, Stitch, and WhiteRose are from relatively the same area.
