| Well with Xeogamings Skeletons available for all eyes to see currently...I'm rather disappointed with the staff, you hide behind a public face yet behind closed doors all of you are completely different people, I've just had my view of...well all of you shattered (with the exception of maybe two of you) You all act like elitist scumbags behind those closed doors. Yeah sure I'm not a fantastic person but atleast with me what you see is what you get...
To put it bluntly, For fucks sake be honest with the people who you've been posting and talking two for the past four years. The level of betrayal that I feel and I'm sure others will feel if they see the lovely things posted about them over the years. I'm sure that the moment a staff member gets on this thread will be removed but I had to get this off my chest...None of you people, the people I thought were my friends people who I thought were good people really..aren't... This needed to get off my chest and in the end of this so I don't come of like one of those people who goes "internet srs business" well xeogaming has been a home to me for years, my activity may have dropped down but I still lurk...ugh I'm rambling now. |

| I'll admit, I took a peek at some of the stuff in there. Sue me. You guys do know that if you have a problem with someone, just telling them is generally a better solution than posting about it where they can't see it. If someone annoys you frequently, or has something in their layout or custom title that you find annoying, just tell them instead of going on about it behind your closed doors. Because if someone's doing something wrong, and you don't tell them, who can really blame them?
Hell, if the abuse forum had been opened, I would have finally been able to find out why I was temp banned over two years ago -- because no one ever actually told me. How is that supposed to solve a problem? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not going on one of those "Staff Nazi" rants. If I felt that way about this place, I wouldn't be here. But I saw some comments there by people that I thought were my friends. You use the staff forum as a place to talk about the people you don't like behind their backs without consequence, which -- I must say -- is a great way to help avoid conflicts and maintain the staff's image. Anyway, I've said my piece, and I'll leave you be. |
