| Hate to tell you this, man, but no, this isn't the real thing. This is just one of a series of live action videos that Microsoft put together. A Halo movie isn't going to be around for a long time yet, since all of the mvoie studios pulled out ages ago. | |||

| I love how Master Chief is shown for merely half a second at the end... I think it was MC anyway. Might have been another Marine though.
But yeah, I believe that was probably just a teaser for Halo 3 or something. |

Nearly every movie studio has dropped the Halo movie idea like a hot potato. The risk involved in making the movie is enormous. The cost will be huge and the potential for failure is high. Microsoft, Bungie, Peter Jackson, and a few other select individuals are still thinking positively about the movie, though. As fan demand grows, the likelihood of the movie being produced will increase to a point, then drop like a rock. If it gets started, it will probably come out around 2012.
