| I was reading one of Sandra Brown's books called 'Envy' and it just hit me not even 100 pages into the book that I want to become a copy-editor. I did some research on it and it looks like a good choice financial-wise as well as interesting. About average income, but I LOVE books so I thought that this would be the right career for me. Anyways I had an idea that maybe I could get some help for practicing. For example, if anyone has anything they need edited they could let me do it? I hope it doesn't sound weird asking this, but I wanna practice as much as I can. Already I'm on Gaiaonline editing other people's posts. XD | |||

| I would recommend you to the Ledger Enquirer, which is my Colombus-area newspaper. Maybe if you did a few internships while you lived down here, you could steadily move up with the place, and eventually get yourself a full-time job there. My Uncle takes pictures for the Ledger, so maybe he could possiably help you out if you ever decide to get a career in that field while you live down here. | |||

| As an aspiring journalist myself, there seems to always be work in copy-editing. It's one of those jobs that not many people want to do and yet needs to be done. Seriously, go for it. | |||

| @Rogue: Maybe one day I'll end up copy-editing one of your journal entries that's about to be published. @Genome: Thanks a lot. I'll do my best. | |||
