| And its pissing me off. Im thinking its my smoking issue, but here lately I have cut back ALOT on it, and its still bothering me. I think eventually I just may quit smoking in general, cause this is seriously pissing me off.
Does anyone have any remedies for coughing? I have been eating cough drops like its candy all today, and nothing is really helping me out here. |

Cough drops are the only thing that really helped me. I eat these when I have a cough. They really work.

| Take sips of water every few minutes. Only sips though. Just enough to feel like the water covers your throat as it goes down. I find that, that always helps me when I have a cough.
But yeah sometimes even the smallest bit of smoke can get lodged in your throat and not want to leave. ^^jjj I really hope you get better fast! |

| If you could get something to coat your throat so that nothing tickles it and makes you cough that would be perfect! Drink/eat something sticky! Syrup, caramel, chocolate syrup. Just wanted to throw that out there. | |||
