| Fuck you, co-workers at the center, who are watching me do all the talking with higher ups regarding the possibility that we might be getting fucked over with our raises and then calling me an idiot who's overreacting while I'm writing to our boss' boss. I should be happy, they say, and shut up.
Context: Boss said everyone will be making X. I asked about seniority pay. He said everyone's going to be paid the same. So the woman who started a month ago would be getting a $3 raise and I'd be getting $1.25/hour more. Annoyingly, the people who are bitching about me talking to our regional director, are the ones who stand to benefit and will DEFINITELY not turn down that money, if/when it comes our way. I mean, these bitches were shitting on the $1 raise we got in January saying it was pathetic and they should give us more. I just don't get it. Of all the reasons to be sniping behind my back, it's over being mad about unfair pay? If ONLY it could be that those who didn't fight for it wouldn't get the raise too.  |

| Fuck you work building management who can't figure out something so simple as actually unlocking the doors of the building at 7am when you are supposed to. Clearly, you can't be bothered to fix the key cards, so at least unlock the damn door when you are supposed to. It is absolute bullshit that I had to waste time driving to the office then having to turn around and drive back home just to be able to start my shift on time.
And a side note of fuck you to the managers who can't be bothered to come in before 9am to let those of us with earlier shifts in either. You want us back in office one day a week, do what is needed to make that happen. |
