The only thing that will suck is that it will only be on Xbox 360 and PS3, and if it is on the PS2, it will likely suck horribly with low frame rates and such... |

There is something to be said about Rare. They make awsome games that look great no matter what day and age it is.
Ive always been a fan of GTA, even from its early years as a top down game on the PS. Hell, I never beat GTA3, I just have to much using the flying car mode and then spawn in a tank to fly in. I loved GTA Vice City, mostly becuase of the motorcycles and the whole Miami Vice feel of the city (the detective dudes that drive the sports cars are awsome, mostly cause I can jack their car when they get out without being dragged out.) Never did play San Andreas or Liberty City Stories (or even Vice City Stories), but they are on my list of games to play after I beat Baten Kaitos Origins. All I can say is: Make a sweet Wii version! GTA on the Wii, now that would be interesting to play! |

But yeah, this trailer really didn't blow my mind or anything, but I'm pretty exciting about the game. I loved Vice City and San Andreas to death, and since then I haven't been able to get into any other game that's evolved out of the genre. Saints Row, Crackdown, etc ... they all just didn't really appeal to me for very long, they just didn't seem as well done as the GTA games. |

Looks like they're making Liberty City much more outwardly a copy of New York than it was before.
Hopefully they kept the swimming ability from San Andreas, as well as the locked-on targeting. I'm sure they would. It's been a bitch accidentally falling in the water during missions and immediately drowning. |

It looks like next gen Liberty City. Hopefully with the power of the 360 and PS3 we can finally enter random houses and screw up those peoples lives. |
