Really, what got me about the concert were all the pushy pseudo-fans in the pit who were trying everything to get Zoso and me to move so they could take up more of the area against the stage. You know the type--they only know the chorus to "Good Ship Venus" and then shout at Captain Black and Lurch to move so they can stare longingly at Tappy claiming his name is "Tabby" or "Taddy" (seriously). But that's common with every concert. Anyway, heeeeeere's Tappy! |

Pockets and I were at this pretty cool car show in the morning that neither one of us really paid any attention to. Then we slept for a bit, and did chores. Eventually we ended up at our friend Jacob's house where we continued to get he and two other friends drunk and stoned. Both of us were pretty sober which made it pretty entertaining. |

I actually really like green, so I happen to wear it quite often anyways. Though the only thing green I had on was green nail polish...and I didn't do it on purpose either, so...**shrugs** As far as the drinking? If I decide to become a die-hard Catholic, I wouldn't drink on St. Patty's day. People in Ireland treat St. Patrick's Day with reverence and respect...as I've been told. But...I don't really drink anyways. Prolly will when I'm older, but even then I don't think I'll drink much. Apparently alcohol lowers people's sugar levels...and I've been feeling that since I was a baby, so getting drunk just isn't a thrill. XD |

I didn't really notice it was St. Pattys day untill the corned beaf and cabbage I had for supper. It was pretty tasty. Except I did not eat any cabbage since I think its gross. However I did run seven miles... which was all I did that day. |

Boggards were awesome... though I want the venue they play at to be stricken with the Pox or something. $8 for a Guinness!
But yes, my green for the day was the cargo pants I stole from venomouslobster that are like 4 sizes too big for either of us... I look cooler in baggy cargo pants apparently. Our friend that works at Disneyland wore the jacket to his Haunted Mansion costume since it's this nice dark shade of green. |

I didn't notice it was Saint Patty's day until it almost wasn't St. Patty's day anymore. |

...I didn't wear green.
*ducks the incoming objects.* I barely even noticed it was St. Patrick's day, it didn't really matter to me. |

I got away with not wearing green yesterday because there was a greenish-blue paint splatter on my shoe.
edit : yes, I know this was totally off topic. I rule like that. |

St. Patrick's day isn't just about drinking.
Or is it? **Dramatic Music** |

Green's my favorite color and I tend to wear a lot of it regularly (and black, of course).
It's funny. Every St Paddy's Day since I've become legally able to drink, I've been doing something else and not able to go on the 24-hour pub crawl with a few of my 30-something-year-old friends. This year I'm off with Zoso, Elara, Venomouslobster and a few others to see the Poxy Boggards, just like last year. The year before that were the back to back Flogging Molly/Fenians/Poxy Boggards concerts (wasn't legal that year, but meh, still had Guinness ). Ironically enough, I've never gotten sloshed for St. Paddy's. |

I often wear green.
Work uniforms, y'know. It was kinda busy today, but I didn't see much beer sold. People may have stocked up in advance. Or maybe it was just that I was stuck pushing carts in the ice and snow most of my shift... |

My religious outlook doesn't really agree with this holiday, but what I great excuse for getting drunk! |
