I semi-agree with you on the concept of being "stupid". I never read it but I don't like the idea of going to school to learn magic then suddenly pull out a detective theme going on. If any, an thief could have done it as well.

Lucky, this might be her last book.

Look for a cobweb next to the door. Click on it, and it will disappear. Now, look at the chimes in the window. Click on the second chime to the right, and hold it down. The chime will turn into the key, which opens the door. Click on the wrapped gift behind the door, then click on it again and figure out the title yourself by playing a game of hangman.

Elara Posts: 3975/9736	And yes, you can reserve a copy... at least that is what my Borders newsletter tells me. Usually it seems as soon as the title or release date is announced you can put your name down for a copy.

Anyway, I read the first four Harry Potter books after watching the first movie, then got bored of the whole thing while reading the fifth. So this is something I probably won't be getting. The movie of the fifth book on the other hand I may go and see, as I'm more of a see moving pictures and sound than try and use my very limited imagination to picture and hear things. Heck, maybe it will actually seem interesting to me if I see the movie. It might get me back into the books.

Katana Posts: 1564/3649	Well you see Xander...it's because you're a dork and can't enjoy a good book. Kidding, kidding. Not everyone likes Harry Potter, and that's cool. I'll admit, I didn't jump on it right away cuz I thought it sounded stupid. Got really bored one day when I was in 8th grade, picked up my sisters' copy of the first book and couldn't put it down. As far as them not being your "reading level"...that's kinda the point. They're supposed to bring you back to the magic of being a child...well, that's what they do for me at least.

And why were they surprised when Voldemort came back? He almost comes back every year...
