Yeah, the forum will probably be up tonight, but the original first generation RP is not going to take place for a FEW days. I only say this because I want to post it on the weekend when everyone can get right into it. Okay, heres what I need everyone to do. When the forum opens tonight, I want you all to post with your character profiles, REVISED with the new character profile I'll be setting up. There will be a thread for it. Alright? Alright.

Get psyched, everybody! I literally have a few months of RPing already outlined in my head and my Roleplay notebook. Yeah, I have one. So what?

Hey, dude, it's all still there, you have it set so you don't see threads that haven't been posted in for 30 days .

So, you don't have to rewrite everything, just out basic storyline. Which means I might scrap my character here and bring ou the one I actually wanted to play.

Just letting everyone know the release of this is going to be released and me and Xeios agreed we are going to release the FULL version of Comet Saga. Originally the board was only going to get a demo of the world, but as to the fact I got the ok from Xeogred, it'll be so massive it'll need it's own forum. I need full activity from everyone involved, especially during the opening stages. So, if you get inactive, I kill your character.

Also, we lost a majority of the written work (Xeios, check the site =P), I have to remake it. All in all, expect in the next few weeks for the FORUM to be up.

So, everyone, you'll be in the city's main square when the RP starts. You'll onlyhave normal possesions with you. Just be aware of this.

uhh, Spartan, sorry if he rubbed you the wrong way, but in all honesty, there's a good reason behind this. It's going to be a sort of training thing for a defense force for the planet Terra. Easiest way to say it is, his character is going to be training us, and my character is going to have a really good reason embedded in the story for being powerful. But do not fret, all of you shall become more powerful, just at the beginning we want everyone to start out on absolutely fair ground.

So, definitely sorry if that rubbed you the wrong way, full detail story thing coming soon!

I hate to be a bit of a prick I want to sign up but htis rubbed me wrong.

So what your saying is its okay for your two characters to be godly...but we cant have people who are good at martial arts with an X-Ranking Instict Drive?

Buffs would be RPG talk for something that they do not do.

They essentially channel spirits and such into their bodies. They use them as weapons or as guides, to become the warriors of their past. They can channel the power of a god they are strongly affiliated with to make it their own etc. etc.

Elara: No, not really necromancy, I'm not really happy with how that's written. It is far more soul magick than necromancy. Sure, the once living can be part of your soul arsenal, but there is also the Avatars, something we accidentily omitted. Avatars are like household gods that demonstrate base powers. You can be a necromancer, but it is far from limited to that.

Necromancy? Uhhhh, not necessarily, think....Shamanism. That's really the easiest way to say this.

I'm waiting on Cairoi, we haven't really talked about this lately so we need to get this going soon. :X sorry all. Hope you're all still interested.

Sorry, I think I can speak for me and Cairoi both when I say, we're pretty busy. I've been working a lot. (compared to usual) I've got finals this week and next week, and I've just been really tired and trying to see my girlfriend that just moved today . But other than that, the RP WILL be up soon, and the stuff we need will be written soon as well. The magics are pretty simple. Lemme run through basics.

Oridian: Techno Magic, uses the instinct drive to create 'fake' magic, it's not really magic, but it still does stuff. I really don't have any way to clarify, maybe Cairoi can help on this one.

Terran: Elemental magic- Think Avatar the last Airbender. you control the elements in a way that you are essentially bending them to your will, look at the Cartoon for examples.

Animus: Soul Magic- Shaman King-esque, either charge the souls of the dead into your weapons, allow them to possess you, or raise their undead souls to fight for you.

Solaris: Solar magic- Very powerful usage of solar energy to smite your foes. Also great at healing and protecting others.

YEa, Sorry about adding the race info way afterwards, but Me and Cairoi were at his house thinking the brunt of the stuff up, then I noticed that everyone was sorta on the path of what they should look like, but I really did need to specify it a bit. And Kat, deviations from the "average" are overly expected and wanted. So, we're trying to make a defined set of limitations, with as much room for customization as possible. Maybe we'll go over the types of magic for the races later, in more detail that is. This way, when we start the RP in the next few days, everyone knows what to expect and such, and how specific things of characters would work.

I'll also get into more detail with history and stuff, not too sure if I'll have the time though.
