This River is Wild, Why do I keep counting, Bones, and Sam's Town are probably my favorites. |

I know what you mean, they did seem a bit more...upbeat I guess in their last album, but this one is still good.
Even if it makes me strange, I like 'Enterlude' and 'Exitlude' just for their simple keyboard music and decent Lyrics.(though they are essentially the same thing) I like 'Sam's Town', 'Bling (The Confessions of a King)', 'Uncle Johnny', 'When you Were Young', 'Bones', and 'This River is Wild'. |

Well.....Just because you liked their old work does not mean you'll like this CD. It's more 'ol town rock, in the vein of Springsteen.
It took awhile, but the cd did end up growing on me. It took me awhile to get used to his flat way of singing. I've always preferred the glam new wave scene more than the Good ol' american rock. 'Bling (The Confessions of a King)', 'Uncle Johnny', and 'Bones' are definitely my favorites on the album. |

Sam's Town is the Killers awesome New CD. I recommend anyone who was a fan of their old work to buy it. Anyone who is not familiar with the Killers should definitely download some of their songs for they are very very good.  |
