Aden Nightly - one of my story characters. She's more aloof than usual though and now she's getting stuck in so many cliches. True the Truth of Flight - changed to be shortened =P Hikaru - named after one of my favorite Magic Knights Rayearth characters, even though I look like Fuu, I act like Hikaru. XD Kite Fly - intentionally garbled up Kite Ride. Why? Because Kite Ride is so awesome. XD I think I had WhiteRose Duelist on here a way's back. That was named after Utena Tenjou. *points to the pink haired chick in her layout* |

Hmm, I tried to find the old thread for this to pull out my answer. Maybe it wasn't remade after the hack attempt way back then.
Well, I used to go by MasterSephiroth (some oldbies still like to call me that, or MS), but I eventually found out that FFVII wasn't that great, and it wasn't that much of an original name. So after playing Deus Ex a few years ago and hearing cool Latin names like Daedalus, Helios, and Icarus and stuff like that, I wanted something somewhat like that. Something that was catchy and also had some kind of meaning, like being a god or something. So I just pulled out the dictionary looking around for stuff, and then out of nowhere I came up with Xeogred. And I quickly found out that almost anything could be put in front of "Xeo", so my name gets changed quite a bit. But Xeogred is my main title. |

It actually wasn't that hard to come up with the one that I have now. It's the only one I've had since joining ABs back in October 2003. At the time, I thought I was a video game freak, but I probably only play them about half the time now (and mostly Japanese RPGs). The 877 part is my birthdate -- August 1977. |

I used to go to the Wizards of the Coast forums for the M:TG stuff. I was trying to figure what avatar to use, since they don't allow you to upload one(of course, it's Wizards, so they have a huge number of awesome avatars anyway). So, looking through the list, I looked at the card art for Ihsan's Shade(Reference). At the time, I didn't know what card it was, anyway. And so, this is the name I use. I also tend to use a few spinoffs of it, too(ShadowKnight, ShadeKnight, TKShadow, TKShade). |

I was actually Yogolimka before on m0d but when I tried to crash my old comp by loading up a insane amount of Spyware, I named myself that XD after the experience, lol. |

I have answered thsi before... I started out as Spartan 2 117 due to my obcession with Halo...and reading the books and such. Then I went to Spartan 1138 the 1138 being a reference to THX 1138 the Movie and Character by George Lucas. Then I went to Spartan 5150 due to my obcession with that number...Spartan 5150 is my gamer tag on XBL but when I joined here I joined simply as Spartan...it spread to being my nickname and all of my friends who have played halo with me can vouch I am the best in my group of friends. |

Hmm, it started with me looking up my name Aurora in the japanese dictionary. The first thing that came up was Aurora, the northern lights. That was Kyokukouku.... so I shortened it to Kyoku and that is what it is now.. I might change it to Kyoku kun soon... |

Vulkar: I was thinking of a name to use on AIM, and so I thought, and thought, and thought some more. Then I thought of the Black Vulkars in Knight of the Old Republic. So I thought, lame gang, cool name and game. I'll tkae Vulkar, and bring full glory to it! So, I took it, used it, and still have it as my AIM name.
Vulcanlogic: I'm actualyl not a huge trekie fan. This name comes from Vulcaan, the greek god of fire, and logic. Thus, firey logic. I'm thinking of going back to Vulkar though... |

I've answered this question so many times on this and other boards, but whatever.
Rogue was always a nickname I had on con badges and such. It came from my love of X-Men, comics, fantasy and from my personality. A rogue being one who goes against the grain, a scamp, a scoundrel, a mischievous one, and so on. I got the nickname sometime in high school, though I can't quite remember the exact how or why, but I think it had to do with my almost being expelled for writing letters to the city council about my school's neglect. Also, it might have come from that in protest of my school's demand that dying hair an unnatural color was a distraction, I bleached the front portion of my hair down to white and had it that way my entire senior year. White is a natural color, afterall, eventually. (It was also something I'd wanted to do since I was a kid and oddly enough it sparked this trend of semi-bleaching at my school.) When I joined my first of these boards, Vizzed, I was under the name "RogueTheFallen," which eventually was shortened to the simpler name I have now. |

Hmmm....I had like...4 user names, and two of them were just to celebrate something happening on the board...like Darth Katana when Episode III came out, and Shredtana, when we had the spree... I started off with Katana, changed it to Raven for a little while...but I feel weird with a new name, so unless there's something going on, its pretty safe to say it'll always be Katana. Oh! Origin of the name...Both Raven and Katana are two characters that I have (Haven't used either in AGES). Katana goes way back to second grade though...well, the concept of her, not exactly what she is today. I had made up a character and named her Katana due to my "Mortal Combat" obsession at the time. **Gets lost in nostalgia** Good times...good times. |
