My boyfriend Brandon (Zoso)'s little sister's friend did quite possibly the stupidest and most brazen thing I've ever heard of anyone within my acquaintance doing. She walked up to the porch of a known sex offender in the neighborhood, rang his doorbell and started egging him on. She was shouting things like, "Come outside and rape me!" and "You know you want to fuck me!" to make him come out of his house.
What's more she came back to the apartment to brag about it to Zoso and his mother with Brandon's little sister and her other friends confirming it as they were standing by on the sidewalk when this girl did it. This girl is 12. Did this guy really deserve this? Should he be punished for that? |

Ahhhh, the ACLU... I don't know how to appropriately approach this... I don't like them. That simple. Why? A myrad of reasons. I don't feel like making a 2 page post that doesn't pertain to the topic, so I'll stick to the subject.
This ordinance would be an effective perv stopper. Hey, if you can't do the time, then don't do the crime. |

While the intentions are good, it most likely will get thrown out because of the unconstitutionality of it. They might get off on the "accompanied by a non-sex offender" part though. |
