Every once in a while I'll cut a rug, not often though...
I think the entire YTMND soundtrack makes me want to dance, and that covers a lot. I stopped going to schoool dances but I'd bust a move to lots of the hip hop songs, as much as I hated them. There's still the dance at band camp, which has slightly better music because we can request it (they played Robot Rock last year...that was so cool). |

ok im not the best dancer, in fact im horrible. but the ONLY songs id dance to r these: Brandtson, "Nobody Dances Anymore"
Brandtson, "Here We Go" and finally Zombie Nation, "Kernkraft 400". the first band is a kind of Indietronic band and Zombie Nation is Techno. |

Heh, I used to be a big Ricky Martin fan back in the day, and still dig his sound.
I, too, will listen to just about anything, but I tend to steer clear of some things if given the choice. Rap is among those. Right now I'm listening to "You Spin Me" by Dead or Alive and I just wanna get up and dance around Zoso's apartment.  |

I'm drawing a bit of a blank... But I know there are A LOT of songs like that. Most of them I actually like though. I'm not kidding when I say I'll listen to ANYTHING....I just tend to not like rap and stuff like that.
But its funny that Rogue should bring him up...because I'm like that with most of Ricky Matrin's songs.  |

I love songs that have a fast beat that just make you want to move--be it to jump up and down or dance like you're having a seizure, no matter who they're by. I happen to dislike Fall Out Boy, but I'll dance to "Dance Dance" (even if it sounds like they're singing "This is" and "Ted's pants").
I also like to burn these all into a collection and play them for road trips, dance mixes, whatever it might be. Anyone got any songs they almost can't resist? C'mon, fess up. Honestly a lot of Ricky Martin songs still get me to want to dance.
