**blinks** The mall is 3 miles from your house?! We walked three miles?! Damn.

Well, I guess I walk a helluva lot more than I realize...my metabolism kicks ass...and diabetics are usually on the thinner side...so yay for my broken pancreas!

Well Sajin, that's really good. Just be careful. Doing too much too fast can really hurt you...and hurting yourself isn't the point here, now is it? ~_^

yea, I basically do what Cairoi does, my metabolism keeps me thin, but other than that, the fact that on any given day I will walk 3 miles to the mall(if not more) around the entire mall for say, 6hours, almost nonstop walking, and then the same walk back home, unless I feel like walking a friend home, you know that good stuff. But basically, Ill walk a shitlod when I'm bored, and, well, in all honesty, when I get bored I walk, for an hour or so.

Eh. Feel free to work out in a gym and control your diet all you wish.

While I will never stop eating what I wish (I eat pretty healthy anyway), my affinity for walks keeps me thin. In the past two days, I've walked about 15 miles. >.<

Also, I just found some weights, so I might dabble with those a bit, but I follow compulsion, not schedule.

I used to go to a gym, ok, I went to a gym for one summer....Ok, two months of a single summer, but I realized that I'm too lazy to work out all the time, and I have no self-discipline so It's really hard for me to stick to anything.

Want to know what started me to work out? Im tierd of sitting on my butt all day playing video games and studying...I kinda wanted ot rebuild my body figure and actually look and feel great...When I look at my stomach, I somewhat have crevises in my stomach, but I still have slight lovehandles on my sides...=.= ;;;

I was working on my abs for the past 3 months, and not really much of an improvement...but now that im at the gym, I might be able to change all of that...

Right now my arms hurt...I did several curls using 25 pound weights 10 times each for 30 mins...

My legs? I played Pump it up for 5 years...I can lift over 500 pounds with my legs...Hell, Veins pop out of my legs...

I can bench 175+....Im kinda weak...

Ill get there...hopefully

Congrats Sajin. Keeping up the willpower to do that regularly isn't easy for most
people. Cool that you can do it. Personally I like to work out. It's enjoyable to me.
Relaxing way to occupy my body and leave my mind free for other stuff. Problem
is getting into the routine of going ot the gym three times a week or whatever.

With work, trying to get back into school eventually, spending time with my friends
and my girlfriend where I can it's a hassle. Another problem a lot of people have. It's
doable you just have to be more organized than i am to manage it.

Anyway, again, kick ass, good luck with it and give us updates on how you're
doing.

Yesterday, me and my aunt cathy decided to have a subscription for Gold's Gym, a very well known gym with expert physical trainers, balanced diets, and short martial arts programs...

Well, last night was my first night going, and our trainer for the night was Joseph Brown, a really chip kind of guy and was very polite to me and my aunt...

The entire night he told me about himself, and I told him a little about my history. I dont exactly eat pretty good, usually I eat peanut butter sammich, ramen noodles, and 2 glasses of coke...After going to Gold's gym last night...I decided to change my diet, and get extremely fit.

Joseph was also in the military, he served the Marine Corp for 8 years than retired...Hes actually pretty cool, we actually worked out to Techno the entire night! XP ( I think it was Paul Oakenfold...not sure )

I have to say, it was great to relieve all of my built up stress. I dont exactly work out, but it was extremely addicting and very fun. Im now going 4 times a week, and the rest of the week Ill do physical work to help maintain my health...I have to say, im going to aim for greater strengths for this year!
