Yeah, I was listening to some of their Metallica covers and they're just amazing! Though I like their other stuff better. Prolly cuz I've never payed too much attention to Metallica.
And to be honest Ryan, I'd think Sierra would like them a lot and am not suprised she hunted down the CD's.  |

I even got my friends all back home hooked on Apocalyptica, and the one who I thought would like it the least (Seirra, who loves things like phantom of the opera and meatloaf) Actually went on ebay to hunt down CDs O_o |

Funny thing is your Ryan was actually the person who introduced them to me too.
Since Zoso is a HUGE Metallica fan, it was really amusing to hear covers done by Apocalyptica. The only other person I know who does Metallica covers is this guy at renaissance festivals that pays a dulcimer and calls himself Medieval Metallica. |

Wow, their cover of Fight Fire With Fire is great. A cellist in my cabin at Blue Lake got me to listen to them, they're just amazing. I have yet to see how they use distortion on their cellos, since apparently it's all acoustic. I would compare them to Children of Bodom's instrumental areas, or good old(literally) Metallica. |

I've been meaning to check these guys out, and since I've been in a "new music" mode, I'll probably look out for some of their albums.
