Yeah Landsman...go with those glasses.  I'd love beating you up in school for them.  Teehee. Kidding...I wouldn't beat you up for your glasses, I'm sure I'd find something else to beat ya up for. XD
Anywho...glasses? **nods** Yuppers. I wear 'em. I've had the same pair since...since I started wearing glasses back in the beginning of 8th grade. So yeah...'bout 4 years now... I never really cared what people thought. Got made fun of back in 8th grade for them for about a day...after school that day in fact, I took them all outside one by one...never got harassed for it again. **grins innocently**
Though I have an appointment this October, and I'm thinking about getting contacts. Just for the hell of it. I never did before because mum said they'd cost extra cuz the insurance didn't really cover much...but now that we found out that the insurance covers things so I can have contacts and glasses too, I'm going to try contacts. Mum wants me to get a pair that make my eyes green...so of course I'm going to tell the doctor that I don't want them to change my eye color...so brown eyes for me. 
Otherwise though, I wear my glasses 24/7 pretty much. Well not really inside my house, but if I'm anywhere else I wear 'em. |

Thanks for the idea, Xeios. I'ma supposed to wear glasses, but they're too much of a burden for me. And besides, I don't really like how I look with glasses. So. I should get circle Lennon glasses and carry a wand and kill Muggles....what?! |

I don't have glasses, but I believe that if I did, I would totally rock them right up everyone's bottoms...anyway...
I would want Lennon-ish circle glasses, but I think all I would acheive from that would be the harry potter look...damn my nearly black hair |

Anyways, I don't have glasses but I really need them... I can't read all that well at all...  I don't know what's the matter really but I'm nearsighted... (not a clue on the numbers...) I don't know why... I aah.... *shrugs*

I wore glasses once when I was younger, but that only lasted for less than a year. I went to contacts soon after. BUT, I only have one contact. It's good, but it comes with a bad. I'm 20/20 in my right eye, but my left eye is 20/200. I'm almost blind in that eye.
So, I have normal contacts, turquoise-colored contacts and, get this, a pair of glow-in-the-dark contacts.  (but those cover the whole sclera, so I've rarely worn them.) |

No glasses for me. Though back in like 4th grade, the doctor prescribed me classes, though I've always had 20/20 vision. WTF is up with that. So I got them, not even the style I wanted, and never wore them.

I wear glasses and I actually like the way I look in them, thought I still haven't put a picture of me with glasses yet, must get around to that. Anyways, I always wanted to wear glasses, ever since I was a little girl. I would try and ruin my vision and nothing would work, so I gave up, four years later I finally needed them. But I'm happy with them, thought I have to get some new one because these are rather scratched up now. |

Ive always wanted a pair of glasses like that but usually there so expensive that I cant get them. They would be nice cause I dont have perscrption sunglasses so it will help out alot. |

I was supposed to wear glasses ever since kindergarten, but no matter how many pairs I got, I kept... losing... them. I'll leave it at that... my new ones (if you even consider them new), I found out, turn into sunglasses if you stand in the sun. |

I've always weared glasses until a year ago, when I started using contacts. I still use my glasses sometimes though, like now when it's vacation and I'm staying home or at another place where I don't know anyone.
My sight itself isn't bad, though. I can see very well without anything, it's just that my eyes like to roll up and down and everywhere. It's just weird looking.  |

Well I wore glasses for about 5 or 6 years then I finally got sick of them and decided to switch over to contacts. At first I had some troubles putting them in but after a couple of weeks I had it done. I say if you have glasses and have not yet made the switch over to contacts you should do it. It makes life a lot easier. |

I have perfectly fine 20x20 vision. Most people I know though either wear glasses, or have contacts (most of them switched over to contacts). |

Well, I SHOULD wear my glasses, but my vision's not that bad anyway, and I hate having things on my face or head... and I ain't exactly a huge fan of the idea of sticking things in my eyes, so no contacts for me.

You have to be like, 25 to get the laser eye surgery. I know, I asked about it. It's just that your eyes arent done changing until your mid-twenties or something.. anyway, I hate wearing glasses, it's a hassle. I prefer my (non colored) contacts. ^-^ |

I don't like my glasses, they are too small on my head because they are 3 years old, got them in 7th grade, I'm now in tenth.
I'll get new glasses, eventually. Its just a pain in the ass in get a pair you like, its like buying a new face, sorta. I plan on waiting a few years and to get enough money before I get laser eye surgery just because I don't want contacts or glasses, I just want to be a lazy bastard and not have to woryr about glasses. |
