To my surprise, this movie didn't make me laught out loud once. I really didn't find it too funny, a good movie, just not a good comedy. |

I thought it was an OK movie as far as remakes go. Some of the scenes were pretty funny. The original was much better though. |

I haven't seen this one, but I have seen the original, which I did happen to like. I thought it was pretty cool when I heard that Burt Renolds(sp ) was in this one too.  As far as Adam Sandler is concerned...**shrugs** Movies with him in them I usually like, so yeah...I'd like to see this movie soon though. |

Has the English language just disappeared as far as grammar and such as the summer nears?
Anyway, I enjoy a good movie every now and then. I'm not naming this film of the year, but it has its ups, and it has its down. You asked for opinion, and you got it. Some people like these movies, some people don't. I tend not to focus on the actors so much as the storyline. And, being that it was a remake of an older film, as the Hollywood trend seems to be as of late, I found it to be adequate for the times. I still have to see the original again for comparison. |

I thought it was a good movie...it did have a few wrestlers in it like goldberg and stonecole steve austin(however you spell it). |

i saw it on a bootleg dvd, and as with most adam sandler movies, i find it to not be good. there were a lot of wrestlers in it, but w/e. it was an okay movie, not great. but that's what you'll expect from sandler and rock. |

Initially, I was going to watch the movie for the purpose of many muscular shirtless men. Instead, I actually found it quite an entertaining remake. Yes, remake. It's not at most original.
It's sad that one of the characters dies, but I guess it was a much needed element to keep a dying story going in the second part of the movie. It wasn't too bad, and I would see it again...money permitting. |
