If I was in the same situation I would wait too, I know how it feels to be asked out right away when I just broke up with some one I really liked, it's quite annoying.
Maybe she feels like she can't get anyone better but if what your saying is true about you being a good friend all these years maybe she likes you but is to afraid to sacerfise what she has. so my stupid quistion would be " should I just tell her how I feel?" I would even if she is with her bf. but that quistion is up to you if you want to tell her your true feelings you might feel better. |

I second Belial, ask her if you were really annoying her or if it was just him saying that. If she says you were, then tell her she's on her own next time she gets dumped and wants someone to talk to. |

Don't feel bad... since she's already dated and broke up with the guy she's dating now, chances are that won't last either. Keep at it, trying to get her.  Ask her if you really *were* annoying her, or if her boyfriend was just being a jerk. |

People throw that word around WAY WAY WAY too liberally, Love comes with time.. Love comes with the full and complete understanding of a person in and out and complete accepting them and wanting to be with them for the rest of your life. And that you'd do anything within your power to make them happy and keep them alive. I'm sorry, I think you just 'liked' her. |

Well my day just went down the drain, maybe even further down then where it stops. The one girl I loved just got dumped by her boyfriend. I mean she was crying and everything. So I tried to comfort her and make her feel better. That nite i was gonna ask her out but i figured she want some time to her self and didnt want to go out with anyone. That was the dumbest thing ive ever done. The next day I tried IMing her. She wouldnt answer. I was wanting to talk to her about going out with me...but it was to late. I got an IM from one of her ex boyfriends. He told me to leave her alone, she likes someone else, and that im bugging her. Well come to find out that nite when i was about to ask her...she said her ex boyfriend asked her out and she said yes.
Damn I havent ever felt so stupid. Thinking she wanted time to her self. Well I guess I'll have to wait even longer now. (sigh) Life is a pain in the ass. |
