My best time is when my mom and I just hang out. Those are and always will be the best times. If you think of it you have good times and bad times everytime something happens.

Good times:
Hanging with SaGin and others at CyberLanding, watching an old movie for the hundreth time, watching an old movie for the hundreth time with someone else, talking to my girlfriend and listening to her problems, helping her through her problems, having people help me with my problems.

Turning good days into bad days by ranting about something to someone for the hundreth time, laugning at stupid shit, laughing at funny things, laughing so hard I cry, reading poetry, writing poetry.

Realizing something, realizing that I'm an idiot, laughing at myself, laughing at others, laughing at mistakes, laughing at arguements that were stupid, working through an arguement, getting through a bad time, helping others through bad times.

Playing Grand Theft Auto and killing people, Playing video games, walking, playing tennis until I'm tired.

Most of all, the best times are when you get those warm fuzzy feelings. I love those times.

To recap I feel like I've had a lot of good times, not just one. There's no way I can say that, "Oh this was the BEST time I've ever had," because to be honest, there will never be a time better than this. There will never be a time I'm doing this exact same thing, or saying this exact same thing, so I let most everything be my "best time".

well I am taking home studys but when I was in high
school I was always lonely no one noticed me
I ask my teacher a quistion and they would ignore
me, well I was really soft spoken so it kinda
bothered me I tried speaking louder but it was hard at times.
I be sitting there and my teacher would call out
names for kids and most of my teachers never
called out my name or would forget about me.
The only kids that payed attention to me and
actually hanged out with me was a group that is labeled as
Emo kids. People think emo kids are dumb
and there stupid but just like every group
there is always going to be a couple good
kids and a couple bad.

I guess drawing helped me out alot so that
was fun, my art teacher payed attention to me.
I got picked on alot by those kids who think there
gangsters with the baggy pants and stuff, I'm not
racist but there was alot of black kids that picked
on me for wearing dark clothing and being unique.
They like throw pencils at me, say mean things
but it was okay i always just put a smile on my
face and still tried to stay as nice as I could,
later on a couple kids came around and stoped
picking on me I think I made them felt bad after
a while because then they realized I wasn't such
a bad person.
most of those wanna bee gansters got scared
of me when my group of friends came by, they
thought they were devil worshipers. Funny stuff.

but one day I was in my class room and I got
hit in the head with a folder because no one
noticed i was there and they were being all
loud and moving around and hit me, I got up
and tried to tell the techer I needed air or I will
go nuts and he ignored me and told me to sit
down so I yelled at him calling him a fat ass
as loud as I could the whole class room was
quite they never noticed me before intill that day.
so I tried home schooling for a while and it seems
to be doing better I make my own friends at other
places not by school. I hate school....

My remaining years of high school will probably rob me of what little self-esteem I have, I am doing the best i've ever done as far as music goes though. If I can do at least half of my goals I'd be way happier in future years. These include being in a ska/progressive band, making an epic graphic novel, designing an airplane, building a mech, getting a few more people to see life like they should, and seeing the end of the world. Wow the end of the world would be incredible.......

As much as I bitch...I like high school. It's hard work, but I like the stuff we learn at the same time. Doing those school shows were a blast, and so was hockey. I've met a lot of sucky teachers, but I've had a lot of really good ones too.

And Sajin? I'm not even out of high school yet and I'm already changing diapers. Have been since I was 3 hun...

I do believe that it gets better thant this...if it didn't then I'd just give up right now and not even bother. Ya know? Sure there are sucky things about these years, but there's good things too....and that goes with life in general. Bills and kids are two examples mentioned, so I'll stick with them. Though I don't pay bills, I see the stress that it causes...yet good comes from it. Because the electric bill is paid, I can use the computer, and walk into a room and turn lights on (yes, I admit, I'm scared to be alone in the dark. ). Kids? No, I never physically had a kid, but I run the house pretty much so everyone else can go out and pay the bills and such...I've been left in charge of my little sisters and nieces and nephews since I was little and they're my babies.

Anywho, point is, it's stressful...the worrying...when they act up...being up all night with them while they're teething and still getting up early and going to school...that builds up lots of stress...but you know what? It's okay. Those kids come up to me on their own and hug me and tell me that they love me, and I love them dearly. (obviously these kids are a big part of my life, because I use them in LOTSf examples)...

So...everything in life has it's ups and downs, just like high school does, college will, life after college...just work hard and put up with the downs so the ups are all the more worth it.

I think it's more the stress of children and having to pay the bills and not knowing if you'll be able to. I've nearly had a nervous breakdown trying to figure out how me and my fiancee are going to survive once we get married, and that's not even bringing kids into the picture.

Enjoy high school, you can goof off more there. Once you hit college you're actually paying for you education so you have to take it more serious, and going to an 8AM class with a hangover sucks... much like going to work with a hangover. Of course, that's just cause hangovers suck.

... and I have lost what I was saying.

Sajin: One of the dumbest things I've ever heard. You say that as though as soon as someone gets out of high school, they have a baby to take care of. The fuck? And paying bills really takes a lot of time *eyeroll* Unless you just, you know, pay them as soon as you can and be done with it. I know my parents aren't constantly sitting in the kitchen paying their bills. It's not that difficult for them; they write out the check, pay who they owe, and they don't have any more bills to pay after that. And if you mention a job, I might just have to hit you a couple times. Why? I can't think of any job that requires you to work sixteen hours a day, seven days a week, only giving you time for sleep. But wait, I suppose you wouldn't really know about any of this either, since you're not out of high school. You're probably just repeating shit you've been told by parents/teachers, so I can't really hold it against you. =/

The only good part of life during high school was sleeping. I suppose the best part of my life hasn't come yet, though.

Edit: I've heard a few dumber things, so wording was changed.

Shuyin: I have to completely agree with everything you said.

Even though High School is fun, if "this is as good as it gets" then, that's nothing to party to in my opinion.

I've heard the same thing about college too.

Besides this, just being a teenager, basically sucks. Just because I'm a teenager, I'm automatically "not as good" as adults. That's in general, the idea I've gotten from them and a lack of respect they've given me (parents, mainly).

I think life is great now, but I hope it gets better, and I do believe it will.

My high school years were the by far *Coughes* WORST...and then again BEST times of my few years learning...

Worst Reason: Loosing my right ear hearing, Friend Drama, and my teachers being snobby bitches...

Best: Meeting new friends, being the best i can be, and finally, believing in myself....

Like now, i have feelings for alot of my friends, best or worst times, i wouldent have made it this far in my life without my friends....

While high school was fun, I find that college is better. Perhaps it's because of recent events reguarding my love life, but that's beside the point. Of course I go to a community college, which is pretty much high school with ash trays, so yeah.

Alot of people believe that High School is the best time of your life. But that's hardly the case.

Do you think you live 18 years and then your whole life goes down hill from there? Definately not. And there's no way that you can measure the best years of your life if you haven't even gotten time to live it. How can people say High School was the best time of your life when they haven't even completed college? From what I hear, College is a thousand times better than high school. But I won't know until I go out and live it myself. Everyone's lifes are different. So generalizing a lifetime is hardly plausible.

To some high school may be the best time of their life. And I pity those if it's true. Nostalgia makes things always seem better than they were. And alot of people forget that.
