::Leon stopped in the middle of a patch of open greenery in the forest and set Ayla down and took some water from his pouch and gave it to her watching her as she drank, makeing sure she finished it all off::

"SKULD!!" Pluei shouted and stomped on the ground.
Skuld jumped up and glared at Pluei. "What do you want Pluei? The money?" "You got it!" Pluei jump kicked and Skuld moved to the side leading to Shane catching the flying boy. Skuld sits down and shakes her head. "You're still no good for it. Only those who really want it, earn it. Have you got that through your head?" "Yeah and I really want that money." "Through greed. You don't need it. Why would you of all people Pluei need it?" Skuld asked and glared at Pluei. "What would you want more than wanting to throw away your friends and family?" Pluei blushed and looked at Skuld. Obviously he hadn't of thought about the money that way before. Skuld looked at Pluei and shook her head. "Just as I thought." She closed her eyes and for that split second Pluei punched her in the face. Skuld flew across and slammed face first into a tree. "One hit?" Pluei asked and looked at Skuld. "I thought you could do better than that." |

Cairoi snapped awake when he saw the boy enter the bar. He stood up and walked over to the door and stopped next to him.
"Umm...I think I know where she is. Follow me." Cairoi lead the boy to Skuld and Shane with an indifferent face but with cracks of a smile breaking on his lips. This boy reminded him of himself: Headstrong, loud, and caring. Or so he thought. He stood in front of Skuld and Shane with the boy next to him. "Hey, he belong to you?" |

Draegonis looked at the weapons. She didn't favor them. "An ultimate weapon?" She reached her hand out and touched a bow and arrow. It seemed to bond iwth her hand. "Wow..." She smiled. "I never felt that before." She pulled the arrow back, it was very easy and not very stressful.
"I'll be going now!" Skuld said exitting a separate house. She smiled and ran down the hill and jumped on the ledge to a rock, beside a stream. "I FOUND YOU BIG BRO!" There stood a guy two times taller than her. "Ah. I see you have. Welcome back Skuld." He wore a straw hat and a pair of overralls with a white shirt on. He was laying back. "So what has Skuld brought to this town? Dra-chan doing okay?" "Well. It turns out..." and Skuld explained the story. "Ah.... very interesting. SO. You gonna get that bounty?" "Dra-chan? No... I don't want to. I know it'll save the town..." Skuld smirked and bent over pinching a cheek. "So you think I would think about money Big brother Shane." Shane winced. "Nah. I didn't think you do, but Pluei sure thinks a lot about who's money that is..." Skuld blushed. "Right... Pluei. He's always trying to fight me but you know. He'll never win!" |

Xeios entered the dark and musky temple. In the back, there were several glowing sticks. The sticks almost seemed to be the handles of weapons. He got a strange calling to the on the far left. So he stepped ever-closer to that one. He rested his hand upon it, almost instinctively, and it began changing. The handle morphed into a large spear. It was easily nine feet long, and was light, outstandingly light actually. The tip shone a pale blue light. The weapon spoke to him. It told him everything he needed to know about how to wield it. Tactics, and different stances. Within seconds he became a rank X at spear-play. Xeios felt connected with this weapon. Was this how they were to conquer the Armageddon Demon? He motioned for Draegonis to take her pick (she was with him). The spear had strange engravings around the pole area. They all seemed to be magic insignias. He had never been to great at translating arcane script, but this seemed second nature to him...
"To wield the power To control the power, To own the power, To live the power, The lives and minds of the greatest, Those who faded against the test, The dark trials pursue, Unconquerable and true, A warriors might, May perhaps win the fight, But with the knowledge of the ancients, And an exhibition of patience, Take the power locked in prison, Destroy the foe whom has risen, Destiny awaits those who stand strong, Against the day which is long, Evil abates, While Destiny awaits." "Draegonis, take one, and I will take the rest for the others. I doubt they will work on me..." Xeios was struck with awe by the beauty and power of the words locked into the side of the spear. It seemed to tell the story of them... |

Skuld walked into the jail. "I have a bounty here take care of him." Skuld smiled. "The money's who ever can defeat me remember that!"
The jailer sighed and threw another bag of money in the town treasury. "I can't believe that much already. She's way too strong in this town to really be beaten." The jailer looked over at a worker. "You know there's someone over at the tavern that's stronger! And there's a demon that's way stronger with him too! Maybe if they team up against him we can get a part of the money," the worker said writing down how much has gone into the town. "Nah... Skuld's put way too much of herself in this town lately. It's be bustling with new comers from everywhere. Even the newly weds come here," the jailer said with a smirk. "Plus I be Pluei wants to see her pile of money grow everyday." A little boy about Skuld's age slams the doors to the tavern open. "SKULD! IS SKULD IN HERE?!" |

"Alright then, see you later..."
Cairoi waved goodbye and walked around the village. He walked over to the coal mine and asked the foreman if he could assist. Foreman:"What? You need to see medical attention before you think of anything like that." Cairoi: "I'm not your average worker. Just watch. Oh, and before I work, get everyone out of the mines." Foreman:"Alright..." The foreman did so and Cairoi stood in front of the mine, pumping his fist and making weird motions with his hand. The whole time, Cairoi's eyes were closed and he had a serious face on. The others around him made jokes in whispers and stared in disbelief at this crazy man. Suddenly, 5 tons of coal rolled up out of the mouth of the mine and piled itself into a two piles. Cairoi: "There. I organized them into two piles: Good Quality, and Okay Quality. Also, I think I might have accedentily gotten a few other rocks stuck in there by mistake. You were right, I should have gotten these wounds fixed before I tried to do Serious Terramorphing. Sorry." Cairoi began walking away towards the river and jumped in head first. He used the water to heal himself by closing the wounds with the water. He got out refreshed and looked the wheel. Hmm.... He returned back to the river with a barrage of Terramorphus-made buckets hovering behind him. Using Terramorphus, he lifted water into the buckets and brought the filled buckets back to the Town Center. He then went to the bar as Skuld suggested and sat down. Ahh...Peace kicks ass. |

Skuld threw a potion bomb at the demon. The explosion imploded around him. The demon fainted. Skuld drew on it with markers and handcuffed it with her machine cuffs. "YOU FOUND HIM FINALLY CAIROI!! THANKS!!" Skuld laughed and put the demon on her carrier bot. "Thanks! I got some extra cash!" She laughs as the people continue to Epistis. "I forgot to tell you all! Epistis is sort of a village against crime. Don't steal anything. It's a death penalty." Skuld pointed to the entrace to a small town with windmills and people walking through the streets. There was a huge house and the rest were small two story buildings. To the side there was a water wheel bring in water to all of the canals. On another side there was a coal mine.
"Welcome to Epistis," Skuld said. "I'll see you later I have to present the perpatrator who stole our town diamonds. I was hoping he would pop up later." Skuld smiled. "You can come with me if you want. But I reccommend the tavern. I'll have to report to Saurin what happened...." Skuld blushed and looked at the ground. "And I need to see someone else for the moment.. I have to fix somethings." |

Cairoi walked slowly foward with Skuld, wary for any sight or tail of humonculi. For some reason, his recent experiences threw him totally off-guard of the newly appearing demon folk. As they walked through the forest, he hit a tree trunk-like object and fell on the ground. His eyes met those of a Cyclops Demon's. He jumped back and telepathically transferred to Leon and Xeios that he had encountred a A-class demon, but he and Skuld could handle him alone. He relayed to them to watch out not just for the humonculi, but for demons searching for themselves as well. "Skuld, Demon!" Cairoi drew his blade and watched as the gaint brute brought it's fist down upon him with mighty force. With some seemingly godly power, Cairoi placed his sword in front of him and held the beast in the punching position. If you were to look close, you could see hard rock pillars shooting up and holding off the fist along with Cairoi's massive yet weakened force. ".....NOW SKULD!! DO SOMETHING!" |

Skuld smiled. She looked up at Leon and Cairoi. "To Epistis. My home village." Skuld took out a map. "Now if I'm correct, Epistis is..." She continued to look at it. "10 miles due west of here. Let's go."

Xeios gave Draegonis a look. He spoke softly.
"I don't think she's one of them, and yes. I can read her mind, but I will not disclose anything that I do find when and if I try." Xeios saw the temple through the branches, It was close, but he sensed something was awry with the temple. It might have been the weapons of legend trapped inside. Xeios would be sure to bring them back to the others... "Keep your eyes open..." |

Skuld nodded glumly. An idea popped up in her mind. "Would you mind getting me some of the water from the enchanted spring?" She took out a vile. "I can make a weapon for myself out of it. Thanks!" She gave Draegonis the vile and pushed Draegonis off. "HAVE FUN DRAE-CHAN!"
Draegonis nodded and caught up with Xeios. "Skuld wants more potions..." She sighed and looked to the side. "So you don't think she's one of them?" A child with that much knowledge and no memory of her past. What is she thinking? She thought. "Can you read Skuld's thoughts as well?" Draegonis asked. |

Xeios nodded. But they should go back tot he temple to acquire some enchanted weapons.
"Skuld you take Cairoi, Leon, and...the girl. me and Draegonis will go back to the temple. We can't have Cairoi or Leon getting any more hurt than they already are..." Xeios turned briskly and began walking, he liked walking, it cleared his mind...The temple could be seen at the bottom of the mountain and was poking through the trees. Xeios had enough of an idea about Humoncoli to find their growth points rather easily... |

"Naive lives you say?" Skuld shrugged and looked Xeios in the eye. She grinned. "I guess sometimes the way you look at it, you're right."
Draegonis looked at Skuld. "What? You hunted demons down and tried to kill them all. You didn't even have a reason." "But it did further my research. Not only did it help me money wise, but I learned a ton about some demons," Skuld said. "Some were even cunning, but I was smarter and I got myself out of that binding." Binding... Draegonis continued looking at the girl. Cunning demons, well there is a such thing, but not in Skuld's eyes. I never heard her say that before. "If ANYTHING we should get going. The next town is sort of my home town. I found myself there," Skuld said. "So yeah, they're a peaceful bunch of people. There's even an old elder who's got like about a third demon blood in him." Skuld looked at Xeios. "So you could relate with the guy. He's also the one who got me started on my research. Financially I needed help so I hunted demons for other towns. Bounty I guess. Pretty low of me huh. But the elder got me started on this research for these processes called "demonization" and "humanization" I'm learning if they are real or not." |

Xeios smiled at Skuld and decided to humor her. He ran his fingers through his hair.
"We're not much different. Humans usually go about their daily lives naively. Most cannot comprehend the energies that surround their bodies and lives. Demons, are born through magic, and live in it since their birth. The demon realm is simply an area free of the burden of man, and the restraints of physical energies. We magically are advanced, and can easily gain strength, because not only are our physical bodies well advanced, our mental abilities are too. And w constantly live knowing of this energy..." Xeios shot Cairoi a glance. "When you have been upon this earth for 117 years, then you can be cnsidered a 'know-it-all.' Leon's beat me on that amount of time on earth." He returned his glance to Skuld. "Most demons know of the power human souls possess, and use them for their own. Creating in themselves an artificial soul. Filled with the impurities of people. I am half demon. I contain the soul of the humans, and their honor. I contain the physical and mental advancements of the demons." Xeios took a breath and smiled, he liked to show off his knowledge. |

Draegonis sighed. Then maybe she's hiding it... or she's unaware....
Skuld looked at Xeios and poked his back. Then she took out a peice of paper writing stuff down. "I have never worked with demons before... while knowing it. I wanna get more research done." She smiled and continued writing. "So how did you all come to learn of your abilities?" Draegonis was surprised by the mood change. "What's brought on this? You save one life and then you go and try to gain more-" "Data?" Skuld smiled. "An alchemist has never completed his or her life with out gathering all the data they can gather, and my goal is to gather all the data in the world!" Skuld continued poking Xeios and writing. She smiled and walked up to Cairoi. She poked him and wrote down her findings just by the twitching effects the two did. "So demons and humans have almost the same nervous system. Therefore they both could acquire the same things. Right?" Draegonis looked at Skuld. "I don't think that's right... what do you think. Xeios you would know. I can tell, because I see you as the all knowing person in our group. You and Leon." |
