Gah! That is hard to read... It was hard to type too! Yeah, if you practice good punctuation and grammar, it'll help you be a better typist too when you (innevitably) work in a cubical as a computer worker dude, and have to train yourself to only sleep on national holidays. |

YES!!! PLEASE!!! We NEED more intelligent people!!!
It's really hard to understand incorrect grammar, especially when there's no punctuation used. becauseitalllookslikethisandnooneunderstandswhattheheckyouretryingtosay. GAH!!! *runs off* |

I vote yes. Why? Because I used to be a victim of The Grammar Nazi's.
Yes, they actually did have that single quote there. I always laughed at the grammatical mistake the Grammar "Nazi's" made. They were abandoned a few months after their making. |

Hmm...Spy, because you are a staff member I vote yes. Otherwise I'd say it's your style, so you shouldn't. I could probably improve too...i had to correct this and take out around 6 AIM abbreviations I had used myself...do it because you are a staff member Spy. |

Well as a staff member, it does make you look much more professional. |

Originally posted by Elara That hurts alot, Elara... (I CAN CHANGE!!!) Yeah, I think you shouldn't be more like me with all of those horrible grammar and national society of bad languages (which will make no sense whatsoever at this point) but Spyware... If you type and don't use correct grammar everyday, you could stuck with horrible grammar and probably most of us won't understand what you are coming at. Let's just say you got a interviews, most people would rather look for people who can spell and read clearly. Now, if you actually continue to type with bad grammars, your brain will response to the recent bad grammars you had. Take me, I am alway horrible with grammars. But people bother me to clear them up but my brain contain too much information, I addicently mix few words together and the result of this cause my grammar to go horribly wrong. If I continue this way, I might not even get a job because my grammar was way too hard to read. |

I voted yes, because I figure that there's no real reason not to. But at the same time, you see, I don't exactly do that. I write exactly the way I talk. For example, I say "Prolly" in general conversation, an' I use an appostraphe instead of a d whenever I write "and" because I don't SAY "and."
But yeah... Do whatever you want, but I picked yes... come to think of it, ah pretty much voted yes because everybody else did... |

Yes, yes you should Spy. First step is getting rid of some of those abbreviations. A blatant sign of laziness. (idk...I don't know, right?)
Your posts don't bother me too much, but having better posts means better payout in all sorts of chocolates and sugar blasted ant gummies! |

Spyware should post good grammar and punctuation, my precious! Sometimes, people can get a 'tude wif you because of yo bad gramm' and dey wanna smacksess some people. Well, I say, go for it! Type good, for Gregory and the gang.
P.S. Don't ask me who Gregory and the gang are. I don't know either. |

Originally posted by RYjet911 Well for the people who are just lazy in not making sure their posts are readable, I guess people who have trouble reading your posts will eventually not bother too, skip it. It’s not like we’re all talking face to face, this is a message board on the internet which we rely heavily on reading what others write. You don’t have to be the best speller or be good at organising paragraphs or sentences, just as long as you’re able to write your post properly, so others can understand. Hey I have heaps of trouble with spelling and I’m sure a lot of you have noticed me misspell words, but I try to make sure my posts are readable, so you can understand what I’m saying. I re-read over my posts several times sometimes just so I can make sure I put down everything correctly and I sometimes use spell check Doesn't take me long at all. |

Meh.... I tend to write faster with punctuation and somewhat currect grammar, because I think anything else look like crap... and...well, when I think one of my posts look like crap, I tend to re-write them alot =\ |

too long?
ive typed posts at 2 30 in the morning that were probably at least a page long. there were only a few typos here and there and it only took around fifteen minutes. most of my shorter posts like this one only take around a minute and usually my punctuation is pretty good I just copied your post below and it took me 32 seconds, without punctuation, and i am not that fast at typing |

I dont think you should bother. it takes to long to punctuate properly, plus ive read some of your posts and they are readable |

Yeah, I've seen worse myself. And honestly your posts have never bothered me Spy, since you actually space out your sentences.
(Run on sentences kill my interest) But still, learn the ways of good typing. |

I've seen worse, Spy, I've seen worse.
That's no excuse not to try, though. |
