To be honest, I thought the cartoon was pretty corny, even as a kid.
I just think this version's funny, especially with Wheeler becoming an alcoholic. |

That was hilarious only because (you can hate me for this), but I honestly hated Captain Planet as a kid, I really did haha. I'm not some anti-green guy at all or anything, but he was just so utterly lame to me when I was growing up, never liked any of the kids either. I wanted to watch superheroes kick ass and take names, saving the planet... but literally? Uh... 
That and I remember something way better always came on afterwards. The Super Mario Bros Super Show or something just as super. |

Pretty good, actually, no matter how cheesy. I'd watch it if they made a full-length feature.
