Well, apparently the Demon Souls servers in NA are going down. I'm not sure if that's a big deal or not... I was finally thinking of getting it sometime soon. Maybe I should just jump into Dark Souls instead? |

Dark Souls is now of my all time favourite games.
The challenge, the setting, the gameplay, the bosses, it's all so good! I don't think I've ever felt more satisfied after beating a painfully tough boss, or in some cases even just an enemy in the case of the Black Knights in the early game. I've only played it through once so far, nearly finished a new game plus, hoping to finish a good PvP build for some fun multiplayer fights! |

I was able to kill the first boss this time around!
Which is good, because he's not optional like Vanguard was. But I even did it on my first try. I haven't played much, though, because... well, I know how my temper is. Better to take it in short bursts. |

You know...I should probably pick up Demon's Souls again. I played it a little bit, and almost threw my contoler at the TV. I never try to harm my TV. So, it was bad.
BUT, GameStop is actually giving cool shit for reserves for certain games now. So, I went and reserved Dark Souls for PS3. I don't have a 360 yet. Waiting on that Star Wars one. Which sucks, cuz I want Battlefield 3 and CoD on the 360 instead, so I'd have to wait for those. Bastards. I think I'm finally ready to go back to Demon's Souls, and I'm hoping Dark Souls will be doable at some point in my life. |

PS3 and 360, actually.
I'm getting it on 360 because I'd rather minimize my PSN usage after the last bit of bullshit from them. Plus, my PS3's connection is a bit unreliable since it's wireless, while my 360 has a wired connection to the router. That's more because of hte arrangement of my room though. And if you ask me, Xbox Live is better than PSN anyway. (should be, you have to pay for it) And since so much of Demon's Souls was online stuff, I figure that'll be the same here. |
