I was talking to my friend about this in a Wawa (If you don't know what a Wawa is, I pity you.) and some older man, in his early 40's pitched in and said:

I'll be honest. I didn't feel one bit of sympathy for his wife. The guy seemed like a prick.
I hate to mock the dead or judge someone for what was obviously a bad decision, but come on. The moment his widow said, "What he did was wrong in the eyes of the law and society, probably," I snickered. " ... and society, probably"? WHAT? You pull a gun on a bunch of unarmed people, not explain yourself in any way whatsoever, and just start shooting -- that's against society, culture, the law, the 10 commandments, Sesame Street, EVERYTHING WE'VE BEEN TAUGHT NOT TO DO. You are NOT a 300lb V for Vendetta badass who owns with wit and weapons. I dont' care. This is one individual who needed to go away. He was completely crazy, and his wife is just about as idiotic as he was. I feel sorry for this girl and her low IQ, because just by how she talks, you can tell his crazy bastard was the brains of the family. Congradulations asshole. Your stupid stunt is going to have Soccer Mom put more pressure on TV and Movie media, as well as put more rules and regulations on Gun Rights, and laws surrounding Schools are going to be more intense. The man's wife just came forward to defend him.

On another note, the man was a convicted stalker who kept intimidating his wife, even sitting in the woods outside her house with a gun. |

It's pretty compelling stuff.
If you have more videos of it, please post them. This does stop before it we see him shot. It's just.. wow. These people are sitting there, sure they might die at any second and they're either trying to talk him out of it, or in the case of the one guy, saying to let the others go and just take him. I know a lot of us think we would say things like that, but I think I'd more petrified and unable to speak. |

This was all over the news tonight.
A man came into a school board meeting in Florida, spray-painted an encircled V on the wall and approached the members of the board with a gun in his hand accusing them of firing his wife. Several articles have mentioned that this man doesn't have a wife. The members of the board tried to talk the man into calming down, with the man pointing the gun at them and shooting. The video below shows the conversation. It, however, does not include a security guard shooting the man in the leg with the man subsequently shooting and killing himself.
