Other than obvious ones like \"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,\" \"X-Men,\" \"Batman,\" etc, the cartoons I reflect on the most are ones like \"Darkwing Duck,\" \"Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?,\" \"Extreme Ghostbusters,\" \"Animaniacs,\" \"The Tick,\" \"Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys,\" \"Mummies Alive!,\" \"The Magic School Bus\" (back when it was on PBS), \"Talespin,\" and random crap like \"Recess\" and \"Science Court.\"
Other shows I\'m just going to throw out just because I know they make people go \"Oh yeah!!!\": - Double Dragon - Freakazoid - Biker Mice From Mars - Bobby\'s World - Life with Louie - Attack of the Killer Tomatoes - Muppet Babies - Beakman\'s World (not a cartoon, but heh, education on Saturday morning) - Eek! the Cat - Beast Wars - Cro - Samurai Pizza Cats - Bonkers - Alvin and the Chipmunks - Doug (on Nick, not Disney\'s Saturday morning version) EDIT: Fixing a typo. Ugh... |

I kind of liked Captain Planet as a kid. I mean, i would most likely hate it now, but it was entertaining. I still don't understand the love ring though....
Love? As an element? A-durrrr. |

I gotta be honest, even as a KID I hated Captain Planet. I mean, I still watched it... but I could never take half of it seriously. Maybe I was a, uhhh ... anti-tree-hugger-kid or something? |

I have watched Jabberjaw and Scooby-Doo, but I was a nineties kid, so I have no idea what some of those cartoons are. Haha |

captain planet was in my essay on what heart means to me. =P
Anyway I remember most of those but you forgot Josie and the Pussy Cats. XD |

DAVID THE GNOME, BITCHES!!
Oh yeah, I went super old school! But yeah, I grew up on Nick toons so they were my favorites. Much like Xeo, all the Toonami shit is when I started phasing out of cartoons because the art and stories were just too stupid for me to stomach. It all just seemed like a rehash of a rehash of a rehash of something that had already been done (Cow and Chicken = Ren and Stimpy to me). I think Johnny Bravo was the last one that I even remotely enjoyed and even it got old. Dexter's Lab though = priceless. And you forgot Tiny Toons, how dare you! And I am 100% in agreement on the Power Rangers, though I do admit to liking the second incarnation for the first half of it. Of course, then I discovered Voltron and Power Rangers lost their magic. The Beetlejuice cartoon, god I loved that show! It was so amazing, and I wanted Lydia's costume so bad. And all of the 60-70s cartoons were awesome. Looney Toons, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Dudely Doo-Right, Mr. Peabody, Jabberjaw, Huckleberry Hound, Tom & Jerry, Scooby Do... all amazing. Honestly, I have a deep love of classic Hanna-Barbera cartoons if you hadn't noticed. Oh gods... Captain Planet. Do you remember Captain Planet? |

Hahahah. XD
Oh well. You asked for Beetlejuice, I gave you Beetlejuice But the Beetlejuice cartoon was a good one, too. The smurfs were...okay. I liked them, but if there was something else on, they weren't. I can't remember the name, and it might have been on Toonami, but I remember a show with these ninja/samurai that had these robotic suits or something. Hmm. I really can;t draw anything other than that. Any ideas? And, of course, there was Gundam |

Wow. I completely forgot about street sharks until you just posted that video. I vaguely remember them, and watching the video brought back memories, but I'm not sure if I had the gummies Hey Arnold was definitely awesome, and I now have the theme song stuck in my head... Samurai Jack was on Boomerang not too long ago, and I got really excited. I forgot how little dialog was in that show, though. And BEETLEBORGS?!?!?! Holy crap, I almost forgot about them! They were really cheap power rangers, but I loved that show. I remember that's the first time I heard the phrase "Me three". I thought it was hilarious at the time. Lol. Man, I miss these shows. |

Yes, I totally did see, and those fruit snacks were fucking delicious.
BUT, while we're on this subject, I'd like to point out that you can think of any character from any cartoon mentioned above, and no matter what it is, Street Sharks > them. They would always win. They FUCKING EAT AND SWIM IN ASPHALT FASTER THAN WE CAN WALK. THEY CAN DESTORY (yes destory) BUILDINGS. Beating Street Sharks? Now that is a mission impossible. |

...and that's what I meant about "Shark Attack" above.
I hope you saw Extreme Dinosaurs, felt like the same show. I remember both had fruit snacks and cool toys, hehe. |

The pinnacle. |

Hey Arnold! was definitely another good one.
I think when Cow & Chicken, Edders, Samurai Jack, and those kind of shows took off though I started to phase out of cartoons. Don't really remember watching those much, though I know Ed, Edd, and Eddy were on CN like 50 times a day. I don't remember Beetleborgs that much at all personally, but I loved VR Troopers and Super Human Samurai. And when it comes to Power Rangers, the original is of course the best. Even as I kid I thought the later ones sucked. Zordon in the movie... I cried. |

Those cartoons are nice and all but live action recycled-battle-footage-from-Super-Sentai Power Rangers was where it was ALL at.
And to a lesser extent BIG. BAD. BEETLEBORGS. |

I forgot about Johnny Bravo and Dexter's, those were a couple of my favorites. My dad loved Johnny Bravo, too . Here's just a whole list of what I watched that hasn't already been said: Spongebob, Fairly Oddparents, Danny Phantom, Hey Arnold!, Doug, Invader Zim, Rocket Power, I Am Weasel, Cow and Chicken, Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Courage, Samurai Jack, all of the old Toonami, and some Nick Guts. |

Johny Bravo was like ... Duke Nukem for kids.
My dad loved that one. |
