Spain won 1-0 like they've done the whole cup by scoring the latest game winning goal in World Cup history and as Rogue already said Paul the physic octopus picked Spain to win and was never wrong. |

I don't know. I hear the Bulgarians are the team to beat. Their seeker, Viktor Krum, is still in school at Durmstrang and is already a professional. I can't wait to to see them face the Irish, though. That'll be match to watch! |

Pretty much just talk about the World Cup in this thread. US created a ton of drama today as usual by scoring in the 91st minute and moving on to the round of 16 for the 1st time since 2002 and winning their group for the 1st time since 1930. Uruguay, Korea, Ghana, England, Germany, Argentina, and Mexico have also advanced past group play. The rest will be sorted out in the next couple of days. |
