If I'd have to compare this to another game, I'd say Soul Nomad without squads.
But yeah, SRPG mixed in with Cross Edge. That'd work too. |

I've got the game, playing on hard.
System was easy to understand since it's more or the less the same than Cross Edge, except for the battle grid (skills work exactly the same way) |

Seriously, the mild dating sim aspect is the only thing even related to the pictures on the box, the game itself has almost nothing to do with it otherwise.
It's rated T for Christ sake! I'd have to put it rather high on my "games that I like" list for the actual gameplay portion, however. It's a fun and very challenging strategy RPG that will make you save in multiple slots! It has a pretty involving story too, with your main character betraying the orders of a corrupt military within the first 10 minutes. |

Actually, yes. I've been using the mousepad that came with my computer that I got a year and a half ago and this one is surprisingly comfy so it was worth the preorder. Same goes for the pillowcase, it's all silky and surprisingly well made for being a preorder addition. It replaced my old stinky cotton pillowcase in a heartbeat.
Now about the game... I actually really really enjoy it! It's a strategy JRPG at its finest, very difficult (I started on Hard Mode like a champ) and has about 80 hours of gameplay, give or take. Seriously, the only thing that the trailers had to do with this game is that there's a mild dating sim system involved in this game, mostly to the extent that Phantasy Star III was given but with slightly risque CG scenes. That's about it. |
