Originally posted by Kyoku kun Yeah, similar staff behind this one, so I definitely think they could enjoy Champloo. Trigun has a great dub, though I think you've seen that one. Rahxephon I watched dubbed a long time ago and it was pretty good. Other than that, not a whole lot comes to mind. I too don't really watch dubs anymore (I guess a big reason being that half the stuff I watch isn't even available in the US). |

I think Golden Boy has a dub out there. I mostly watch the subs, and own the subs, so I don't know much.
Um, Master Keaton is nice sub/dub. I have Cowboy Bebop as both. Actually, almost all of mine are both. Also, best movie if you can get it, but you'll need region free player, "Wonderful Days". Truly most awesome work of Korean animation/miniature/computer modeling I've ever seen. Saw it a premiere with Rogue, and it never made it to the US. I own a region 2 copy and have no player for it. |

Bokusatsu Tetnshi is pretty hilarious, but like he said it's not dubbed yet.
Samurai Champloo is pretty good and if they liked Cowboy Bebop, they will more then likely like Samurai Champloo. Full Metal Alchemist is a good anime dub too, if you want another action. I really never watch dubs, so the only animes I can think of are ones that have previously been on adult swim ;P. |

Even though it's only subtitled, you should check out Bokusatsu Tenshi: Dokuro Chan. Seriously, you'll laugh your ass off (or be completely offended. Whatever.). |

I need some suggestions for some good dubs, for myself and a friend. One of my friends who has hated anime until now recently got into it after a run in with an old friend who was into it, and has found he actually likes some of it. (Cowboy Bebop specifically)
I just want a few more suggestions for good dubs. I can deal with subs, however my friend cannot, since anything humorous is generally lost and it's difficult to notice subtle changes in tone with them. I heard the first couple of Solty Rei episodes as dubs, and they were pretty good. But yeah, suggestions. Give me some, throw them at me, shoot them via a cannon at me, whatever. |
