I like the fact that they're adding stuff to the races to make them really stand out from each other... As opposed to just a few points/perks at 1-4th level. Seriously, the gear you're usually given makes up for that by then.

I don't know. It sounds really interesting, and I've got a lot of friends who are going to get the books the day they come out, but I'm not shitting my jeans over it. |

I just recently learned most of 3.5! 
That said, there's a good chance I'll at least learn the rules of 4th Edition, but I'll likely be more comfortable with 3.5, and will probably end up sticking with that if I have a choice and I ever fucking find a game. |

Yeah, I know that this more than likely will not get much activity... but for those few here that DO play D&D, what are your thoughts on the upcoming 4th edition? Overall, I think it sounds good though I admit that I will have to see a few things in action to be content with them (skills and spell casting). |
