Well that was a lot of the story, but I don't think it was what it was about. I mean, the beginning of the movie is narrated by Tommy Lee Jones' character and the movie goes own after the death of Lou Ellen and ends with Jones' character again. |

I thought it was about a drug deal that some hillbilly got involved in, took the money and was trying to run from that killer emo guy with the awesome gas canister gun.
But whatever, I thought it was a great film. |

So I saw this the other day with venomouslobster and another friend and I have to say that the acting is really good, though I am still not sure what the film was really about. It seems to me that it's about how things have changed since the old days yet in many ways have stayed the same... at least from the perspective of Tommy Lee Jones' character. Anyone else seen it and have any thoughts to add? |
