I pretty much started ignoring him once he started trying to say it was partly my fault that all this shit happened to him. But yea... He still calls me, messages me, etc..
so your not the only one in this whole fucked up game of sorts.. *hugs* I feel your pain |

Sounds like a good idea. I think I actually might call her tonight or something.
He posted a comment to me on myspace, so I blocked him, but then stupid MySpace let him put a BLOG comment through. I guess I thought if he was blocked he couldn't post in my blogs, but he did. 
Ah well, I guess... I'll just have to KEEP ignoring him and maybe change my phone number. Thanks for all the input though, guys.  |

Either that or threaten him with a restraining order. You can block the myspace messages and emails by blocking him... I think you might be able to do it with texting as well but I am not sure. Next time his mom calls for him, explain the situation to her and get her to understand that he is harassing you and that she should step in and get him to back off and take care of his own problems. |

I just told him off, and for the most part I try to not answer the phone when he calls. If he isn't willing to help himself to get over this, there is nothing you can do... just tell him that, that you don't want to hear about it anymore, and not to contact you unless it is something actually meaningful. |

He sounds pathetic. I dont blame you for trying to ignore him.
Tell him he needs to go out more and find someone around him that he can hang out with, maybe some cute girl who will respect him for who he is. I dunno. |

So I have this friend that went through a breakup that was really hard on him. He lives on the East Coast and I'm West Coast.
Said friend has been bothering me and all of his other friends for over a year. An unhealthy amount of time to be grieving over someone. All of his friends and I have tried offering advise, comfort, just a shoulder to lean on, etc. After so long, we figured he wouldn't pull his head out of his ass, so we started ignoring him. Now he leaves all of his other friends alone, just not me. He calls me like 5 times a day when he's going through his phases, sends me text messages, e-mails, myspace messages, etc. I've told him to leave me alone and I'm really fucking fed up of hearing his whining when I've told him over and over the only things a friend can tell her friend to try to comfort. for over a year. Coming up on 2 years I think... I don't know... some outrageous time. IT'S JUST DRIVING ME INSANE AND HE WON'T GET THE HINT!!!!! He leaves everyone else alone but me.  heeelllppp meee...? |
