Sort of reminds me of when I worked for my local teachers' union and I had to sit in a room, by myself, calling registered voters to tell them to vote for so-and-so and what-not. Most people you call don't give a shit about the elections, have never heard of these candidates or otherwise just hang up.

I'm on it 5 hours a day. I make calls to total strangers and ask for their money. They buy things with credit and they never pay it off. It gives me a headache.
Okay people if you buy things from Fashion Bug using a FB card. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pay it off so I don't have to call you. I'm getting tired of people doing this whole I'm not paying it back. I won't have the money til tomorrow crap, or I'll mail it in. It makes me happier when I just hear them hang up. |
