I was a bit wrong anyway since I read the newspaper.
Some past WWE Superstars died of sterioid use including Eddie Guerrero and British Bulldog. |

"something else"? What else do you think it was?
Or do you not know and just don't want to believe that he killed his wife and child? |

Originally posted by Byte That's what they believe but that's not what I think. And I don't believe that steroids was the problem. I think it was something else. |

Originally posted by Clash "The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!" Yep. Bret Hart has been my all time favorite since the golden days of wrestling (when WCW was around, the WWF ... err, WWE was actually interesting and whatnot). He had a really interesting backstory too, since Vince McMan and the whole WWF screwed his career over and everything. Anyways, yeah Benoit he was a great Wrestler and I was always somewhat of a fan even when he was in the Four Horseman way back in the old days, but after hearing the real story my respect for him did drop quite a bit. I just don't care now and its truly a shame the WWE jumped the gun there cancelling a 3 hour special to do a tribute to him, before they knew the real details. As for wrestling, like I said I haven't been a real fan since the WCW was around. For awhile my friends and I would watch Raw every Monday for the heck of it before we watched something serious, but I'm hardly consistent with it now and don't really care to be. It just sucks thesedays, and for the love of god I can't believe Ric Flair still wrestles. That guy seriously does not need to be in the ring anymore because he looks like he's 80 years old and he puts the fake in FAKE. |

There saying the cause of his actions was roid rage. At least this made them stop talking about the Mr. McMahon stuff. |

Originally posted by Clash I actually hadn't heard about that. Seriously, I was out all of yesterday, got home to a bunch of blog posts from friends about him being "found dead with his family," but no explanations. Either way, I am sorry that such a thing happened. Sure it was a shitty thing he did, but there was obviously something wrong with him. Perhaps he killed himself out of regret? We don't know. Again, I restate my "R.I.P. Chris" for the fact that whatever inner demons he had, perhaps he can make peace with them in whatever afterlife he might find. |

Originally posted by Clash I prefer to look at what he did as a whole. It would be unfair to look at only the bad things. I still remember when he won the World Heavyweight Championship. That was awesome. |

Did anyone read that article?! He fucking killed his wife and son, waited an entire weekend to mull it over, then killed himself. I don't see how anyone can remember any person fondly if they killed their 7-year old son.
On the note of WWE, I left when Bret "The Hitman" Hart did. |

I was really into it back in the days of the Rock and Stone Cold and such. Back when there was still the Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian, when Triple H had the on-going drama with the McMahon family and D-Generation X were th scourges of the federation, when Mick Foley was Mankind who then became Cactus Jack and then became the wrestling commissioner, when Chyna was still the 9th wonder of the world and she was arm candy for (now dearly departed) Eddie Guerrero and others.
I'm truly sorry to see Chris Benoit go. I remember the days when he and Chris Jericho used to trash talk each other. The best one Y2J got on the Rabid Wolverine was saying that he had a midget-sized head on a normal-sized body, to which the camera spanned Benoit's body and sure enough it seemed he did have a small head compared to the rest of him. And that's how I always remembered him. It's amazing how quickly some of these men are disappearing. R.I.P. Chris. All I really have to say on the subject of "pro-wrestling" these days, in general, is so what if it's fake? It's entertaining and some of the story lines are better than most television these days, ESPECIALLY reality shows that are supposed to be a voyeuristic look into people's lives. Riiiiight. It's like going to Medieval Times or some staged joust or interactive play. It's fake, you cheer for your favorites, boo the "bad guys," and that's all there is to it. |

WWE = soap opera...
Isn't it really fake now? I mean it just looks it when I saw it on the tv once. My mom used to be huge fans of it. O_o |

The death of Chris was inevitable.
I dont know ALOT about it, but I can tell you that I really dispise John Scena (sp?). Ever since he got that belt, his power grew like over 9000. But we shall see what WWE has in store, I dont know about ECW and TNA. (Dont know alot about them, but I do know little about WWE) |

You can talk about anything in general about WWE, ECW, and TNA.
