I'll give you a few pointers to work with based on what I've seen, take 'em or leave them:
* A group of people from our world get their souls called to another dimension where they once lived (in past lives) as great heroes. As time progresses, their past live's souls awaken inside them, aka their superhero powers awake. * In this world, it could be that people born on a certain year (once known as the Year of the Dark Mist) are being possessed into sneaking out at night and attending secret gatherings. People begin to grow suspicious, and then people begin to die. *Those in charge grow weary and call upon the (thought to be dead) souls of the Heroes. Thus they get pulled through the dimensional vortex. *The heroes could have a crystal known as a "Soul Anchor" that keeps them in this world. If it is destroyed, they are sent back to our main world. One possibility is that in case of emergency, a person could carry two crystals and harbor two souls in the body, to ensure that the Hero stays in this world. Thus, the characters can go through multiple bodies. There, my two cents. Take it all if you'd like. Oh, and this isn't me saying I'm playing. I just came up with this overviewing the thread and thought you might all enjoy. EDIT: Yeah, I'm in. |

I've been putting this through a lot of thought. How about we have a group of kids get into an underground game and people start saying that it's real. Then when people refer to this game as reality a murder becomes the result of this. Investigators go over this game that is still hard to really understand and learn more to it. |

Hmmm....I'm agreeing with the whole mideval thing...the whole having super powers and/or special abilities appeals to me as well. Kinda like the cliche "group of chosen ones" kinda thing. Haha. What? Corny, but admit it, everyone secretly loves that kinda thing.
The government corruption thing? Ehh...there's been A LOT of that lately. |

This sounds like it's gonna turn into a "Earth was peaceful for ages, then everything that anyone could imagine happening to Earth happens all at once: Zombies rose, aliens landed, the polar ice caps melted, the economy collapsed, a baby was born prematurely, the Y2k bug scare all over again, crime rose, a secret government organization creates a weapon that threatens life in the universe etc."
Mega fun. Unfortunately, I can't think of much to add. Any of my suggestions involve either robots, mutants or zombies, and I think all three of those ideas are played out too much. |

Well, we need to make a spectacular RP, one which will never lose activity, and will be loved by all.
Here's how we'll do it: It will be a community RP. Anyone who wants to RP, PM me ideas, I'll try and work them all together into a coherent story. I have no ideas of how this will be. But, if we all work together, we could have a fantastic RP with a little input from everyone. PM away, or post here, whatever you feel like doing. |
