Actually, there IS a way to make real sabers. They're supposed to be made out of plasma, but wouldn't nearly be hot enough to cut through metal like from the movies. You would need to get them at about 2 million degrees for that to work and you wouldn't be able to get close enough to hold the blade! xD |

As long as you get an LED in the pommel and either an Ultrasaber blade or a Corbin film blade, you'll have a sturdy enough saber to pound on Kaijin's car all day long! |

Yeah... But just one problem. They're all sold out of this model, which means the only other option is to create your own or convert a Master Replica model.
A neat site to go to for lightsaber parts is The Custom Saber Shop If you're looking for the model I have, the guys who make them have a store on ebay and they sell these occasionally as well as conversion kits for MRs. They're also the "hands down" best on the market. Just look for the user ultraswg, or go to Ultrasabers, their main site. EDIT: And before I forget, only get LED sabers with Polycarbonate blades, for any other blade/light WILL fail if you plan to hit things with it. |

I've been taking a break from forum posting for quite a while now. Thought I'd just share my new lightsaber with you all!
This little guy can really take a wallop. I let Kaijin take a swing with it at his car. I just stood there smiling as he put a good inch-sized dent into it with my unharmed blade. Got her off of ebay for $45 and it shines as bright as the sun! I also got one of those crappy Master Replica ones at the mall for $99.99, breaking most of it within 20 seconds of a duel with the cheaper one. I'm thinking about just converting it to a dueling blade, creating a bit of fun on dark evenings. Also, happy 30th birthday, Star Wars! EDIT: And thanks for the name change, O mystical Dungeon Master in the sky!! |
