My vote is with Renge, from Ouran High School Host Club. I was never really bothered by any anime character's laugh, till there was HER!!! LOL

I seriously have to agree with the Tidus/Yuna one. So many things about that game irked me. Tidus being a big part of it.
It's not anime at all, but this has me grinding my teeth: Will have to think of a better contribution later. |

Unfortunatly I can't find video or sound clip, but for me it would have to be Esmeraude from the Black Moon Clan in Sailor Moon.
It's just so....arg, it makes me want to dunk my head into concrete at times, but it fits the character so well. |

It has to be Uighir from Fist of the North star.
( Hes the one with the whips in the video. Gold helmet and all ) There are no "H's" in his laugh, it sounds like hes bawling or something
