How about something that you already have an image of in your head? For instance, try drawing what you believe Tectalus looks like with the rock blade on his arm and his chest. He's a bit skinny looking with the blade, and the earth travels up his arm and covers it, similar looking to plate armor(?) around the shoulder. As in, it raises higher than just the shoulder to protect part of the neck, as well. How about that? |

| Once upon a New Jersey summer, Urban Astronaut spammed. The spam was served with rice. Day by day he sadly posted and masturbated furiously. He loved tentacles and furry porn, but despised every cheese quesadilla. Then, a furry creature burst into flames. Urban immediately spewed quesadilla all over Bitmap, infuriating him. Bitmap turned gay. Like super gay. Gay for Vince, who secretly loved Hannah Montana. He cuddled with Bitmap, and with Phoenix, and with Vulkar, and with Valhalla, then they exploded. Urban pleasured himself. Anyways, while watching Hannah Montana, Vince beheaded Phoenix then, rainbows came out of Phoenix's dead talking vagina. He skinned Valhalla's wiener which he liked to eat with Vulkar's severed limbs. But Vulkar's invincibility shockingly aroused him and Vince continued to break up Vulkar's limbs, anyway. So the fashion of Bitmap's vomit covered the new clothing. Phoenix stopped chewing, because of decapitation, and a ban, costing him Xeodency.
The next day, Rogue was chilling in a freezer, sliced into pieces. She freezer burned and was inedible |

| How Phoenix saw behind him, Joe would never know. However, Joe did know one thing; he was closer to the river than Phoenix. No matter how hard he blew, the ash would not reach the bank before Joe. So by the time it took light, Joe had flown to the center of the river and was hovering just above it's flowing surface.

| There was nothing Tectalus could do to stop the lightning. When it came down and struck his blade, it burst apart for the second time, exposing the Djinn's skin and frying what was left of the arm and his internal organs.
Electricity rushed to the heart, putting it into overtime before it shut down completely, along with the charred lungs. As he fell to his knees, all remaining eyes were on Xeios, the victor of the battle. A young spirit, with skill beyond his own measure. Inwardly, Tectalus knew these were his last seconds. With a shaking hand, it reached up and into his chest, just over his heart. The hand withdrew after a moments hesitation, and with it came a shining light emanating from a small, purple diamond. The talisman that provided his defenses. With a dying seize, Tectalus tossed to stone to his opponent before falling upon the ground, crumbling into dust to be swept up by the wind. You had the upper hand in this battle the entire time. Heh, it was fun though. Good fight. I'm retiring this character, so I figured I'd give you a little something. :p Want to have another one? |

| ooc: This doesn't make any sense, either. Have you ever been electrocuted? Dry skin means nothing. I also said that the electricity flow until you were already stabbed.
bic: Joe was hurt, and death was near. Being electrocuted twice--and once so close to his heart--isn't good for any living thing. Joe pushed Samuel away, but barely. Considering Samuel was falling on top of Joe while the latter lay flat on his back, Samuel wasn't really going anywhere. Instead, when Joe reached out his arms and pushed, Samuel attempted to dig his left hand into his adversary's arm. His hand had swirling air around it to make sure that the earthen would erode and not hinder him. Once his nails dug into the man's arm, the Byakurai would erupt from him and directly into the man. If he instead moved his arm and dodged the grapple, the sword would just keep pushing inwards, and the electricity was still flowing from that. The Demon that had possessed Samuel was ruthless. His yellow eyes looked down at his opponent, beginning to bleed from the tear ducts. The power was taking a toll on it physical shell, but it was still there. Ready for the kill. |

With a last smile, Joe fell below the surface of the water, invisible to his opponent. Great energy still flowed, but more slowly, as he needed to pull out the oxygen from the water around the bubble he had formed over his mouth and nose. Phoenix thought he was clever, but the fool was being ruthless compared to the notes Joe had on the being. Nevertheless, he would fall in battle, and Joe would take his soul. |

| EDIT: Removed prior post by request of Vince. Excuse my unenthusiastic post. Samuel allowed himself to be pushed back. All he needed was time, anyway. Due to where the sword had cut into Joe's flesh, either his lung or sternum had been injured, and badly. Blood would slowly fill the man's lungs if it was his lung, and either way, electrocution can barely be ignored. Eyes pouring blood, and nose beginning to bleed, Samuel flew upwards into the sky, a wide open place to avoid any attacks. (Last edited by Dark Horse Xeo on 08-30-10 02:47 PM) |

| Phoenix's ash had no effect on Joe whatsoever.
The river was deep and in constant movement--there would always be fresh oxygen. For Phoenix to hold all of that ash against the flow of the river would tire him out eventually, but Joe wasn't to complain for that. Joe began expending small amounts of his energy, forming ten balls of air that held water by constantly applying pressure and keeping it confined. With a mental signal, they went flying outwards, not yet shooting from the water, but still undetectable to Phoenix. |
