I don't agree with meddling with the products, if it was a decent band/group/singer I wouldn't like it but seriously who is going to buy her CD. It was funny, but a real punked would be even better

I think this can go in either Tech or General, but if not oh well  What programs do you regularly run simultaneously? How many have you had opened before your computer crashed?
I usually go crazy with windows when I'm on the internet, cause I will usually find this great site with many interesting links and I just open tabs or new windows like mad. I think the most I've had opened was when I was looking for wallpapers on that art site deviant  My programs though, I usually have word, MSN, iTunes plus a webpage(s) opened.

| That’s right, I can now truthfully say I have a brain I had the day off today so I could go get a CT scan. I've been getting bad migrans and my doctor wanted to make sure everything was alright upstairs. So got the scan done, had to have this horrid needle, some sort of dye so the veins and stuff showed on the x-ray, then went and saw my doctor this afternoon and everything was fine.
Who else here has had a CT scan? |

| It is the present day, people are unaware of the supernatural order, magic abuses have been on the rise for sometime but unable to control the situation without the exposure of the supernatural world, little has been done. Feed up with the magic abuses, the witches of Lintalbrook have taken it upon themselves to put a stop to it.
So with that said if you would like to join by all means start posting, you may choose any character you want, just try to blend it in with the storyline. I do have one rule though, doesn't matter what character you choose it can only have two powers, one weak and one strong. -- Josie was in her garden house tending to a batch of weeds that had been secretly growing behind a rose bush near the back wall. Wiping the sweat on her forehead, Josie sat upright to look out the glass windows; she had a clear view of her front yard. “I wonder if Nibbles is up yet?” Looking around for her black cat, she soon spots her snoozing on the sill near the garden house door, snuggled in amongst two pots. “Nibbles sugar, waky waky .. “. Slowly one of Nibbles eyelids opens; Josie can see the cat looking around to see where she was, see Josie near the rose bush, she stretches her front legs with a wide meow for a mourn. “There’s a girl Nibbles, come help me here please.” Josie pants her thigh for Nibbles to come over. Rising to her feet, Nibbles looks at the jump she will have to make to the ground. “Oh you lazy thing.” Josie says as she climbs up from the ground and walks over to the sill. “You really are you know.” She puts Nibbles on the ground and walks back over to the rose bush. |

| A little shocked at seeing two men in her garden house, Josie turns her attention away from her cat to the two men. She see's the wounds on the man’s face lying down. Watching as the other heals him with a sword that appears out of nothing, Josie moves in closer.

Turning around Josie see's another man standing close by. She senses something different about him, but is too confused to even think of what it could be, instead she says. "Sir, that is what I would like to know too." Josie turns back to the man lying on the ground. "He just appeared out of nowhere." |

| "Well Edward is a nice name .. " Josie says not being able to think of anything else to say at that moment. She looks around to get a closer look at the other two men, she looks over at the man on the street then at the other. Seeing her cat Nibbles stroll over towards her, she turns back to Edward as he starts to speak.
"I to believe I have one, let me go fetch it for you." Josie gets up from her knees and heads out of the entrance of her garden house. As she walks into her house, she still can’t register how he appeared out of nowhere and the other man that didn’t seem to want to speak, how did he get into her garden house. Of course she couldn’t call the police; she knew that it had to be something to do with magic. |

Age: 25 Faction: Thora serves in the E'shyum fraction as a knowledge gatherer. Shards: Thora carries one shard with her; it was given to her as a promotional item for moving up in the knowledge sector of E'shyum. Its power is of the earth element. When used the occupant has the power to manipulate natural elements, but only at a certain level. Weapons: Thora has no weaponry, she mainly replies on her agility. She has been trained in many areas of martial arts. Physical Appearance: Thora likes being outdoors and for this has a natural tan over her white skin. Her sandy blonde hair that comes just past her shoulders blends in with her pale blue eyes. Thora wears a pair of tight dusty blue jeans which is teamed off with a pale pink tank-top. She wears a pair of grey/white runners. Thora stands 5’3. Background: Thora has been serving in the E'shyum for over a year now, starting off as an assistant in the knowledge sector and moving up to one of the high positions in her sector. Ever since the shards were discovered Thora has always wanted to work for a faction to gain knowledge of the different types of shards. Now in her new position, she has the flexibility to move around freely without a team. |

| Camped out in a large crater area in the desert, Thora looks down at her map. Her compass went haywire just a few seconds ago and unable to locate herself on the map, Thora starts to get moody. Throwing the map into her tent, Thora starts to walk towards the slope, hoping to get a decent view of the area around her.
As she climbs the sand she can hear a noise coming from somewhere, so she quickens her pace up the slope finally reaching the top. “That sounds like a vehicle.” She thinks. But unable to see anything around her, she throws her arms up in the air in frustration. |
