Also FX, if you're going to make a thread called XmtS' spam thread, that would be called a bio/post layout since too many members of this board clutter their bios with unneeded tests, quizs, IM chats, etc. that again lag up computers and could potentially crash them. Mind we do have dial-up users and your bio should be dial-up friendly. Post layouts, hell do we need animated userbars? Do we even need userbars? Put them in your bio since 99.9% of the people who see your userbars do not care that you are a hentai user or a fifteen-year-old kid who jerks off twenty times a day. We Don't care. Your tables have no reason to be massive in width and height nor should your background picture make me want to punch you in the face. Use your brain before doing anything on this board or is that possibly too difficult for you? Hmm...?

NSA eavesdropping program ruled unconstitutional Judge orders immediate halt to program DETROIT, Michigan (AP) -- A federal judge ruled Thursday that the government's warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional and ordered an immediate halt to it. U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit became the first judge to strike down the National Security Agency's program, which she says violates the rights to free speech and privacy. The American Civil Liberties Union filed the lawsuit on behalf of journalists, scholars and lawyers who say the program has made it difficult for them to do their jobs. They believe many of their overseas contacts are likely targets of the program, which involves secretly taping conversations between people in the U.S. and people in other countries. The government argued that the program is well within the president's authority, but said proving that would require revealing state secrets. The ACLU said the state-secrets argument was irrelevant because the Bush administration already had publicly revealed enough information about the program for Taylor to rule. Its been called unconstituional and hardly any citizens want their phones bugged. The possiblity of NSA to get a warrant to do what they've been doing all over again is very unlikely as long as the people stand up. |

It is all in moderation, you have a shot of vodka you'll feel the effects to a lower degree but when you start drinking 10+ shots you are not coherent. When you get to 20 shots you become an obnoixous drunk. 30 shots and everyone wants you to leave the party. 40 shots and you end up like John Bonham (drummer of Led Zeppelin) who died from Alcohol poisoning from 40+ shots and various substances. The only difference between you and John is you will not be missed. You have no reason to be here than annoy others which is not a reason at all.
