| H'okay...
Here's the gist.... Another meteor...shard meteor thingie. Splits into three. One piece falls into the hands of a new cult, longing for Josiah's return. Another piece crashes into the clutches of the IFDF. The third...is a mystery. However, slowly, people are cropping up with minimal traits of the shards. I'm under the impression that this is the major gist. Character details seem necessary at this point to make the plot more interesting, ya know? Like, what does everyone want their old characters to be doing? And what about making new ones? Etc. Any other ideas are welcome. Any general elaborations are also welcome. Otherwise, let's get discussing what our characters are doing and add some plot details around that? |

Name: Holly Ezhno Age: 23 Description: Physically, almost nothing has changed about Holly over the past 5 years, yet she is dramatically different. Her blue eyes being the same as they always were, reveal patience, not icy indifference. Her once waistlength hair now falls nearly to her thighs, and is more often than not, now tied back in a lose braid. Her fashion sense has altered slightly. Rather than the tight black, low cut shirts and the dark blue jeans, Holly now sports sweatpants and shirts that are slightly too big for her, and while she has never tanned, her usually pale skin seems to be emanating a natural sort of glow for the past few weeks. History: Holly was raised in a family with a free-spirited mother, and a strict military father. Her mother grew sick, however, and as a final parting gift, presented Holly a shard. Knowing nothing of it's power, Holly kept it close to her, just as her mother requested before her death. Later on, Holly realized, it was the shard in her posession that drew her and Josiah together. That meeting in turn thrust her in the war of the shards. After the war, Seifer tried to stay at the Marinae base with Holly, but he was too restless. While it was difficult in the beginning, Holly accepted Seifer's decision and busied herslf with other matters, one of them being moving in with her father, Henry Marina, the same man whom she ran away from and resented for so many years. After the war, Henry was severely injured and is confined to a wheelchair. Holly, newly pregnant and ignoring the fact that she didn't want to be alone anymore, decided that her father needed someone around just to take care of him. Aurora User: Holly heard of this, but is almost positive she wouldn't become one. Her shard never became a part of her as much as it was an external weapon. | "Where is my client?" A voice boomed through the now eerily silent courtroom. Anyone who glanced in the direction of the voice would see the thin brunette pushing a chair off her leg so that she could stand. The now standing woman brushed off her messy black skirt and straightened the collar on her silky white blouse. If the judge was trying to get the courtroom back in order, it was Natalie's job to assist.
However, the longer she looked at Jack's empty seat, the wider her hazel eyes grew. Holly gasped as her eyes also floated toward Jack's empty seat. "E-Eric?" She stammered, looking up at her friend. Gently, she reached out and grasped Eric's arm and held it close to her chest. |

| Funny, you'd think they'd WANT you to work later on Saturdays. More people that work nights means some lucky person among the hierarchy gets to get outta there early on Saturdays. **shrugs** I know the minute I say I can't be in 'til later on a weekend, everyone else is like "Yay!"
**huggles** You should still approach them about the scheduling thing. They may have made a simple mistake. But I can see your apprehension about it though. **shrugs** Just talk to them later on to make sure it doesn't happen aagin?
Oh, and fuck you senile old bat of a teacher who watches a girl walk in late. Lilke REALLY late...wait about 5 minutes to address the issue, but mix ME up with the girl who was actually late.  Not a real "fuck you" though I guess...since it WAS funny, and she appologized immediately, right in front of the class.
Oh...wait. Fuck you not having any more days off.  Yeah. Work all weekend and Monday and Tuesday, and then school Monday through Friday. **sigh** Why did I chose this? |

"Of course his arrival was in good timing!" She exclaimed, almost outraged, but smiling all the same. "Otherwise I would have had to waste my energy 'sassing' them do death!" Holly adds, looking up at Eric to stick her tongue out at him. "But...I'd like to go too---" "I can't believe this." Natalie sighed, her voice booming over Holly's, thus cutting her off. "I have to go with you." She says, making her way over to Seifer, Eric, and Holly. "As long as there's a shot for a trial, I'm legally bound to protecting the bastard anyway." |

| Hahahaha. I love that one too. I haven't seen it in a while, so I was happy to see it again.
There's another one where the guy is like "You guys weren't waiting to snipe me, were you?" (or something along those lines) and the monster guy is like "No...well...maybe a little." My one co-worker almost died laughing. He got such a kick out of the whole sniping line. He was like "How can you snipe someone a little? You either hit or miss." Needless to say, that comercial only entertained me because of someone else's reaction. XD The Bunny one is still my favorite for now though. XD |

(OOC: Too late FX. Seifer's character had already exited...unless Alden followed after Seifer to talk to him. Therefore he wouldn't be at the group.  Sorry...important not to have confused, that way I don't talk to a character who isnt there, or you aren't talking to a character who isn't there.)
Holly began to follow suit, but was stopped first by Icav's, then Tobias' interruption. She looked over at Icav. He was strangely familiar. Someone she had once seen with her father, years ago. However, if he knew her father from the Marinae days, then surely, Icav would have recognized and greeted Holly, so Holly assumed she had confused him with the wrong man. When Tobias made his enterence, Holly smiled. She had seen the boy several times since Seifer had taken him under his wing. She liked him and thoroughly enjoyed seeing them together. Seifer seemed almost as excited as he did whenever he spoke of his own mentor. She opened her mouth to greet the boy, but once again was interrupted. This time it was Seifer's refusal of her accompanying them. "But..." She protested, glancing up at Seifer with a crestfallen stare. Liz Cromwell rose from her fiance's side as he picked up his cell phone and made her way to the group. "Holly dear...he's right." Liz looked over at Seifer and winked, letting him know that she would handle Holly. Holly now turned her attention to Liz and opened her mouth to protest, but Liz raised a finger, signaling that she wouldn't have it. "I know you can handle it, but you have other responsibilities." She says softly, putting an arm gently around Holly's shoulder, nudging her in the opposite direction. Defeated, Holly allowed herself to be escorted in the opposite direction. "We'll meet you back at the base." Liz whispered in Alden's other ear as she and Holly passed by, exiting the courtroom. Natalie sighed. It didn't matter who's tactics she wished to follow. Her interest in Jack was part of her job at the moment, and she had no choice but to follow Alden, Icav, as well as Anja's decisions. "Look...if Jack belongs in the custody of the IFDF....in fact, ESPECIALLY if it's our custody he belongs in, I have to go with you. Whether you like it or not, sir, I am legally bound to him." She says, turning in Icav's direction. |

| Natalie looked over at Anja. Gave a curt nod and turned her attention back to Icav and Alden, awaiting their agenda, but itching to do it Seifer's way.
"Hn?" Holly mewed as Anja reached out for her hand. The attention was a shock to her as she attempted to force herself to come to terms with staying out of this one. "Things to explain?" She repeated, glancing up at Liz, who shrugged in response. "Well...if you REALLY want to know." She says, grinning playfully. "It began when Seifer came home for a little while, unannounced." Her eyebrow cocked and the corner of her mouth twitched, the smile fighting to stay. "He swept me off my feet and--" she was cut off. The real shock of the day so far. While she didn't hope for it, Holly wasn't shocked by the attack, nor was she terribly shocked by Eric's sudden appearance. He was, afterall, invited to the trial. Leon. The man whom she had met when she was still just a teenager. The man whom she had grown to admire and look up to. The man whom she had once saved, and failed to save another time... Not realizing that a man she had not previously met knew her name, Holly looked up at Davion. She tried to speak but could find no words. He knew Leon... She thought to herself. Her playful grin turned into a heartfelt smile. "Hello Davion." She says softly, reaching out to shake his hand. |

| Natalie winced. She was trained to work in such situations. However, Natalie's role this time was pure legality, and she had to stick to it, no matter how difficult it was to pass up such action.
"You, sir." She says, looking toward Alden. She took several steps closer to him, heels clicking and hips swaying. Maintaining such femininity helped Natalie to refuse such situations. "Will you be jumping in or watching from the sidelines?" She knew there must always be an overseer. The trick was to locate the man for this particular moment and stick by him. "I must be as close to Jack as possible, as I'm sure you may understand." She announces, looking from Alden to Icav, including both men in her statement. "But I can not fire the shots. My neutrality will surely be broken if I were to..." It was difficult for Natalie. She held her own opinions of the situation on the whole. Opinions that would be entirely unprofessional of her to reveal. Part of her found this job exhilirating for that reason. A chance to show her true skills as a lawyer, to fight and win a defense that went against her being. However, she sympathized with Jack. While his actions were undoubtedly wrong, Natalie couldn't help but rationalize the man's intentions and respect him as a leader. Holly's gaze lingered upon Davion before she spoke. Finally, Holly giggled, taken aback at the notion of being a hero. "I wasn't the hero." she says, smiling. "I was the trouble." She paused. "I hardly knew the man." She says after thinking for a moment. "My feelings of him were purely childish. He was an idol, with morals I strive to reflect myself. I admired him as a child would their older brother." She concludes, a grin creeping across her lips as she reminisced(sp, I know). Anja's voice broke through her attention span, and Holly's speech was concluded. "Of course you're staying!" She exclaims, outraged. "I can't be the only one missing out!" |

She shrugged. "Besides, personal opinions aside, Jack didn't escape. He had no idea this was coming, and I intend to prove that. If he is going to be caught on anything, I will at the very least." She paused, adding extra emphasis on the word 'very'. "At the least ensure that it is all truth." Holly looked over at Anja and smiled. "Well, then looks like you're staying, because my invitation was shattered before Alden decided to step in." She says, looking in Alden's direction and sticking out her tongue. Liz put a hand to her mouth and giggled. She and Holly both agreed on torturing the man as much as possible. Affection intended, of course. Holly then turned her sights to Davion, eyeing him curiously. |

| It was the arm. The sickening thud it made as it skid across the courtroom floor churned Holly's stomach.
She looked over at Seifer, then Tobias. Alden. Anja. Anything to take her mind off the image. Nothing worked. She grew pale and began to sway. Everything she ate within the past few years it felt began burning it's way up her esophagus. Meanwhile, Natalie shrugged. "Well, what are we all waiting for? We have the support from the troops we need and I, along with others," She says, glancing over at Eric and Davion. "have volunteered to go along for the ride." The sound of wood scrapping against the floor echoed through the courtroom. "Just go..." says Holly, turning several shades of gray. Slumping down in a chair, she fought to keep everything down. "The sooner this is over with, the better." She says, looking up at Seifer. |
