| Dveris allowed himself a small smile, maybe there was hope for Leon after all. He answered, "I am glad yu say so, I may need to take advantage of your sword many times. And yes, we are comrads, I am glad to have you as a warrior on my side."
He looked at the troops. "But we should also remember, this is a holy war, this is for what is right, this is more than just to show our power. I hope that you remember this, and still fight in what is right. I understand that violence is never given willingly, and thatyou would not take these risks were it not what you believe is right. Thank you, and I'll be buying any drinks for you tonight from my own personal funds." He smiled, nodded, an walked in to merge with the troops. He gave a small gesture towards Jiang, indicaing him to do that same. Speches had their good place, but joining in with the troops, exposing yourself to what they were exposed to, that was even better. |

| Dveris shook his head, "I apologize Jiang, but our tactics are not going to involve a standard charge. I've observed these troops, and we have a lot of spearmen. We can decrease the casulties by making the enemy charge at us, or, when we have a large army, we will be using a pincer formation. However, like said before, I will want you to lead the footmen. I'll take the cavalry, and I'll make the highest ranking soldier here handle the archers." | |||

| This person didn't know Mechwarrior enough... "Actually it isn't a madcat, they're too weak for my type of strategy. That is a daishi. It looks similiar, but had different weapons slots and higher armor.
"However, even the daishi isn't my favorite, in fact it is my least favorite as it is the only type of mech that can take down mine. My favorite mech is actually a custom highlander. It allows a lot of good armor against everything but headshots, and I have it equipped with a PPC and a Guass rifle in one shot. Deadly combination. Also equipped, I gave it some homing missles, and a large collection of lasers and machine guns usually just used for distraction. "I also have a sniper highlander, complete with jump jets. This is equipped with only missles and guass rifles, and can make my mech overheat with a single shot. It usually kills the enemy though. "Also, for all those interested, yes, I am in a clan. Clan Smoke Jaguars on mercenaries. When I was active in it, I was a star captain. "Next question, and why is it that on the main roster of interviewers, you havve me down as 'done inverviewing'? |

| Currently then I am active at several boards.
First off, there is Ice Board, and Acmlm 1.92 style board, http://adeontech.net/IceBoard/index.php. At the moment then I'm a local mod there, I used to be a full mod, but I got into an arguement about politics, was stripped of my powers, then later turned into a local mod. http://www.game-overdrive.com. This board has mostly turned inactive, but it used to be a nice place, with me as a global moderator. However, that means little as there are more moderators there than normal people. http://younglds.com. This is a board for Mormon youth, also the only place where I have successfully run an active RP, which I am writing a book based off of. No former moderator here, possibly because I am frequently disagreeing with many of them. Finally, I'm active here(no hyperlink neccesary I hope). You all know hwat I do here, and what this board is about, so I won't bother to explain it. |

| The last two weeks hadn't been the best for Dveris. In the recent battles, he had discovered that the speech he gave before they marched had met nothing to these soldiers. So far, all of them, especially Jiang, had been extremely violent. However, Jiang was not even the worst of them, as he just displayed by allowing this woman to pass through. Many of these soldiers would have hurt her.
He walked towards Jiang as he searched through the valuables. "Don't pick up too much now, remember that you don't want to overload your horse, and this isn't the best of the cities. Besides, aftifacts from magical creatures often contain magic in them, you don't want that." Dveris eyed the nearby soldiers. "Come with me Jiang, I need to speak to you." Dveris turned, and walked into the nearby forest. Jiang would have to follow, that was an order. Once they entered it, and there were no soldiers nearby, stopped, and attempted to slap Jiang on the side of his head. "Are you mad?!" he demanded. "Look at this slaughter, look at all those you have killed! Have you no conscious? Do you not feel anything when you murder these people, when you take their lives for little more than for the ability to pillage their buildings? "I know why." Dveris continued, "It is because you are a psychopath. You feel no empathy, you care nothing for the lives of others! The lives of these people are just as real as ours, and we never, I repeat, NEVER take the lives of civillians, and if I ever see you killing women and children again, I will exile you from this army. I don't want to, you're a good soldier and the men respect you, but I will not allow you to kill innocents again!" He stood for a moment, and waited for Jiang to answer. |

| Dveris was wondering how long it would be until Guy showed up. Too bad everyone had to show up, he wanted to handle Jiang alone, without anyone else's involvement. Ah well, he would handle him later, or maybe he would just get him transferred.
As Guy spoke, Dveris nodded approval. Guy was mostly agreeing with him, and Dveris would have to speak to him later. When Guy finished, Dveris turned towards the stable, he was going to ride with the cavalryand keep Jiang with the foot soldiers. He had plans for formations with at least his army, and he would coordinate with Guy. Actually, now that he though of it, they should discuss this now, if they were to attack tonight. On his horse he put in his weapons, his sword going into the saddle, along with all of his other weapons. His armor would wait until soon before the charge, he prefered to ride without armor anyway. |

| I'm joining all of the RPs now, aren't I? I'll make this guy the opposite of Dveris.
Name: Brom Gathor. Codename: Caine Age: 26 Primary weapon: 12 gage automatic shotgun, capable of firing two rounds a second Secondary weapon: .6mm Magnum. Melee weapon: electrical katana, when activated, it gives a powerful shock to anything it touches, normally powerful enough to kill a normal man with a single touch. Armor: Flex armor, colored black, and strong enough to repel an ordinary bullet. It covers the entire body, and when activated, can cover the face. This also can show nightvision, infrared, or any electricity being used. This is usually skintight, with only a small layer of cloth between it and the bare skin. Psych file: Caine is insane. He always makes sure that every bit of his flesh is covered, usually wearing a dark, metallic looking mask. This shows a level of paranoia, and also makes his true identity unknown. In his business then he is merciless, and kills any witnesses. He is extremely agressive. History: Little is known about Caine. However, it is known that he participated in a test project known as Project: Blackcollar. This project was designed to enhance human potential, and give him faster reflexes than most people, along with above average strength, though nothing too extreme. The side effects of this project usually created insanity, and extreme agression. |

| "Agreed." answered Dveris, as he loaded the last of his weapons onto his horse. "The pope is to be in the battle." he said, "I don't trust him, and he doesn't like you. Trust me when I say this, stay away from him as much as physically possible. He'll try as hard as he can to make sure you don't survive this battle. You get near him, and you take your life in your own hands."
He closed the packs and mounted his horse, "Please, don't let your bloodlust put you at risk this time, stay with your own men, never get surounded, and even if there is better opportunity, stay away from the pope. I'll have you lead the cavalry if you need to, just avoid him." He spurred his horse, and started at a walk through the camp, while doing so, shouting. "Men, prepare yourselves. Prepare your weapons and your horses and your armor. Tonight, we ride to Fort Brenethor!" |

| Dveris gallopped towards Guy. "I think that we should use a pincer formation. We have more numbers, and so we should use them all at once, surrounding the enemy. The archers should stand farther away with a small array of cavalry and footmen, firing into the battle. However, I think that we should send about a sixth of our archers into the actual battle, as close range bowmen can also be effective."

| ...yet again. Ah well, I never mind debates, though the last real debate had a flame war(see the thread about homosexuals).
Anyway, I support what the president has done. I support the war, which was clearly justified given the evidence, and the chemical weapons found. I also support his choices with immigration, they are now finally building the wall, getting rid of illegal aliens, and will hopefully get rid of the underground tunnels. Rumor has it that one of these tunnels actually has air conditioning... |

| Dveris quickly turned and gallopped towards his army. He drew his sword, and ran towards them. "Infantry," he shouted, "Stay put for now, no charging yet. Thier archers are too much of a threat." He went to his archers, "I want to sll to move forward, shields with protection. Use all the cover you can, and start firing when you are ten meters out of firing range. We need to pin them down, and then move into firing range."
He gallopped to just that point, waiting for his archers. He was to send the first blow. Just as they were ready, he shouted. "Men, prepare your arrows, notch them, and...LOOSE!" A huge salvo of arrows were fired, some of the arrows sent with enough range to reach the city, but the majority of them designed to fall short. Immediatly the archers moved forward five meters. "Loose!" another salvo was fired, and the archers move forward again. To himself Dveris spoke, "And so comes the first of our real battles, here is the first day that we actually risk our lives." | Dveris shouted, "Archers, lift up your shields, don't let these arrows hit you." He saw this special arrow, and looked at the archer. They were a great distance away, but Dveris could see him.
"Archers! Avoid that arrow, then concentrate your fire on that man." The archers were now in range, and could shoot accuratly. Another salvo came flying, twenty headed towards Kael, but the rest of the arrows shooting the other men. "As soon as you have fired, move back out of range. Charge into range when you are ready. Fire all arrows at will!" Arrows came flying all accross the fort, there would be a continuous stream of them, now that the firing was not organized. "If the magician stands, fire at him!" |

| As the archers pulled back, Dveris could only come to one conclusion. they wouldn't just stop, and the greater force was the titan.
"Withdraw the titan." He suddenly said to Guy, "Make it use hit and run techniques, leaving my archers to keep those attacking him under cover for a limited time. Also, you should have Chris concentrate on the gate. It should be made of wood, and as a result, he can use his fire to burn it down while the titan weakens it." Dveris looked towards the archers, "Cease your fire, we will take this opportunity to move into and even better firing range, so that if any archer shows himself, they can be dead in seconds." |

| They should have listened, Dveris thought. He told them to use hit and run techniques with the titan. Because of their not listening, their greatest asset, most powerful ally, was dead. He just hoped the pope would come along soon, replacing the titan.
He shouted, "You heard the man Jiang, lead the infantry! CHARGE!" Followed by the cavalry, using himself as a point, Dveris charged forward, hacking and slashing at any foe, not stopping to make sure he was really dead. He lead many of his horsemen into a circle, causing them to surround a large group of the enemies. "Kill the ones we have surrounded!" he shouted, and his troops began closing in on the enemy, massively outnumbering them. |
