Just saying, Daredevil = fantastic.

Other than that, I've been catching up on Vikings. It's a great show as long as you're okay with acknolwedging that all of the main characters are actually terrible people, haha.

I finished up Farscape, it was pretty decent. Solid 8 all around perhaps.

Tearing up Star Trek TNG now... my last post was about season 3 haha, I'm in the middle of season 6 now. Seasons 3-4 were probably the peak, but it's mostly been awesome and easy to watch since. Good stuff and now I'm curious about the other shows.

Sort of. Yeah, I can only watch survival dramas for so long.

It's also how their official Faceook posted a picture of one of the major characters dead right after the mid-season finale aired on the eastcoast, thereby spoiling it for everyone else. Things like that just leave me cold.

Still, when I went over to a friend's place, recently, where she and another friend were watching some of the new episodes I hadn't seen, it all just wasn't holding my interest. I might let this show stew for a couple seasons and come back to binge-watch later.

Anyway, I've been keeping up with "Game of Thrones," and not much else is on right now that I've been that into. I mean, "Vikings" is already off for the year, "Boardwalk Empire" ended, and I just don't think I'll be that invested in the new season of "True Detective."

I might finally sit down and watch "Borgias."

Vince Vaughn and Colin Farrell, if I remember right. Who knows? They could actually be good.

Ah, right, and "Orange Is The New Black" is coming back in June. There's something to look forward to.

Anyone catch True Detective S2's premiere? I haven't yet, curious what others think about it.

I haven't seen it, but they caught my interest when I found out the story takes place in this town that's based on Vernon, California. That place is freaking bizarre.

That and I've heard that it's actually really good (at least based on the two episodes the critics have been screened).

Brandon and I saw the first two episodes, and we're hooked. In fact, we're really bummed out waiting for the new one to post. Come on! Come ooooooonnn!!

All of the bitching over casting is pretty damn funny because Vince isn't even one of the detectives. Lots of people were complaining that they should have cast a woman for the detectives. Well, guess the fuck what? One of them IS. Boom.

Brandon and I binge-watched "Orange Is The New Black" when it came out, getting it all done in the first three days of its release. Now, we're working through "The Borgias" finally.

OK ... we've got one episode left for this season of "True Detective." I feel like the first two episodes were practically the ONLY good ones. The show took a HUGE dip after those, but I hung on week-to-week all the same.

This latest episode was definitely better, but mostly for the fact that Vince Vaughn's character is one of the few interesting ones.

Regarding "The Borgias," Bran I got through a season and the first couple episodes of season 2 and then just felt incredibly annoyed with it for some reason. Could just be that I was really uncomfortable with how the show got rid of Alfonso II of Naples.

That sucks about True Detective S2. I've heard others say the same pretty much, nowhere near the level of the first one. Not that I expected that, but it doesn't even really sound worth a look.

Someone created this and the moment I finished it, I posted it to Brandon's wall going, "Holy shit, we're not alone!" I haven't heard other people complain about it, but then again, I haven't even really heard ANYONE talk/post about it.

That was amazing. I guess they just really messed up with the casting this time.

And that's the funny thing. Vince Vaughn and Colin Farrell, who everyone complained about before the season started, are the only interesting things on the show. Rachel McAdams' character is pretty unbearable, though.

The writing is just not that good this year. It's almost a bad episode of "Law and Order: SVU" or something.

Heck yes. Clone Wars was a little rough for the first few episodes, but it gets a lot better, and really turns awesome starting in Season 4. Rebels is a little bit lighter at first, but, well, it just felt like Star Wars for me, I really liked it.

YES! It was a great first season, and I am looking forward to the other Marvel shows coming out on Netflix.

Ben and I decided to wait until all of True Detective S2 was out before we watched it, but with all the negatives that I heard, I am honestly not sure if I want to watch it now. The first season was so good, it makes me sad to hear this one bombed.

Watching an ITV series on DVD (ended last month): Doc Martin

On Series 3, Episode 2 - it's a different writer and it's pretty easy to notice since I feel it's a little less serious and more humour than before...

Been obsessively watching "Rick and Morty" lately. Shame there's only a couple seasons right now.
