| First off, I wouldn't go so far as to generalize and say that "women suck" (although I can't stand many of them).
Second, this girl is definitely going to find herself kicked around and taking a few falls in life before she realizes what's what for herself. We (men and women) all have to fall on our faces once in a while before that good advice that was so quickly forgotten sinks in. I'd say she needed to hear it, but let her be. | Meh, I don't take offense to the comment. I mean, I know plenty of women (though mostly girls) who think and act much like this girl.

spiral...it drives me nuts cause she is a really close friend... So I think your points were valid and that she needed to hear them, but like Rogue said she is going to end up having to figure it out on her own. Later on, when she meets a decent guy and falls for him, she will feel very stupid for everything she has said and done... about all the guys she "loved" and everything like that. But for now, she's a teenager who doesn't let her mind do the thinking. She'll learn... you just need to be there to keep her going along the way. |
