You should check out Mefisto. I could upload a song if you want.

They're progressive/black/death/thrash or something in there, really creative and amazing band (they remind me of Death, but much better).

I just finally found the group Ensiferum. All I can say is... Wow.... They're like a mix of Children of Bodom and Manowar. That's truly epic.

Anyone else listen to them?

Wow, Surprised I diddnt notice Darth Nelrith talking about Ensiferum.

Well, all I have to say is, the New Ensiferum blows in my opinion. It was much better when the singer of Wintersun (Same band, old vocalist) was the vocalist of that band.

Perfect example.



Damn good song. And you can tell the vocalist knows what hes doing.

Got it for my birthday. And I must say, its a damn good album. Tim Owens outdoes himself when it comes to his vocals. It sends chills down my spine when I hear it, and the entire album is one epic adventure.

Kinda a shitty version. But one of their good songs.

After a while of listening to them, I fully agree. Kind of a shame really, they were so great >.<

So, I just bought this Amon Amarth DVD (Wrath of the Norsemen) and I'm gonna watch it soon.

Let's hope it's good (then again, it's 3 DVD, and cost less than $20)

I'm not much of a metal guy, but a while ago Nagis turned me on to "Born Again by the Night" by Savage Circus. After having it be one of my favorite songs for a few months, I finally caved and bought their album. I really only know to three of their tracks, though:

Beyond Reality

I kinda like the album version better though, live loses some of the impact, cause they changed it a bit.

When Hell Awakes

I always just get the chorus stuck in my head

Born Again by the Night (duh)
Song starts about :20 in.

Would anyone object to this song being the hardest ever on Guitar Hero?

Yes. Have you actually played Through the Fire and the Flames? You can button mash that song. Born Again by the Night is all chords, though. Harder to button mash.
