I have decided that too many arguements and pauses have happened with my Alex character, and so against the more picky battlers, I have chosen to employ Ares, the greek god of war. Please note that most of his history is fictional.

Name: Ares Enyalios
Title: Lord of War
Height: 30 feet tall.
History: Ares was the son Of Zeus and Hera, and oddly enough, one of the few that avtually was. Ares was born as a god of war, and eventually chose to bring himself to the realm of Hades, and swan in the river Styx, giving him a strong skin, much like Achilles.
Defensive capabilities:
Skin: As mentioned above, all or Ares' skin is very strong. He had the same type of skin as Achilles, which the ancient greeks considered unpeirceable. However, his skin is only toughened as a combinatal result of his massive size and skin layers, and the river Styx. Certainly the blunt shields and spears of the greeks would fail against him, but anything up to a proper standard would stand a chance of hitting him, if it actually did hit him, and the blade was long enough to reach a vital spot.
Helmet: Ares helmet covers his entire head, including his vunerable spot. It is very strong, almost as tough as adamantium. This only place it does not cover is a small section for his eyes, and a slit for his mouth.
Body armor: Ares has a suit of body armor that is just as strong as his helmet above. This covers the legs, arms, and torso.
Weapons:
Great sword
-Ares' sword was made by Hephastus
-This blade made so sharp, that nothing could stand before the sharpness of his blade.
-In addition to the normal abilities given by a great sword, this sword can be slammed into the ground, and it will cause massive earthquakes that effect anywhere but where Ares feet are.
-This this blade can stand moving at extreme speeds, it woudl survive if it moved at the speed of light, though it has never moved that fast before.
-This sword is fifteen feet long
-This sword shines, and almost glows orange
-This blade is virtually indestructable
Round shield:
-Ares also got the shield from Hephastus
-This shield has a sharp edge, just as sharp as Ares sword
-If Ares chooses to throw this shield, it will home in on his opponent, and then spin back to him after a succesful hit, or when Ares wants it back.

Combat Abilities:
-Psychokenesis: Ares has all of the abilities of a psychic, which he gained when he killed one, soon before entering the simbattling arena.

-Caedis: a huge explosion of godly energy comes out from Ares, completely burning anyone in its path. If that someone has an immunity to increased or decreased temperature, then the blast will go through his skin, burning at vital spots. This explosion can go up to 300 feet before ending its blast. However, if this blast goes more than 200 feet, then the attack is weakened, depending on how far. This attack will go an additional 100 feet after its maximum, in which is steadily loses its energy. This attack also usually takes only half a second to complete.

-Helios: Ares can call upon Apollo to drive his sun-chariot closer to the ground for only one turn per battle. The temperature that comes from this is huge, and very few mortals can survive this. This attack works with the summoning rules because Apollo is only there for just one turn, due to the fact that the chariot must continue moving, or else other parts of the world may freeze, and to avoid killing the landscape.

magical abilities: Ares has plenty of magical abilities, most of them offensive

-Mortis: Ares can summon a spell from Hades, and using it he has the ability to cast out the opponents soul. This attack requires charging, and each post of charging increases the attack's speed.

-cloak of invisibilty: Like Hades, Ares has a helmet of invisibility, allowing himself to not be seen , though he can still be heard. This is commonly used for when Ares wants to charge an attack.

-Darkness: Ares can cast a field of unpentrable darkness. No light will shine in it, and it can move along with the opponent. once it is activated, it also makes a loud noise, not allowing the target to concentrate, and to deafen him to Ares movements.

-power of the gods: Ares can summon a huge meteor, and make it land on the target, causing a huge shockwave.

-meteor shower: Ares can summon a shower of meteors to come down on his opponent, all of them burning hot, and very strong.

-flooding(only useable where there is water): Ares can make a nearby water source begin to overflow, and fill with water enough to drown the opponent. This water is extremely light, and would not hold up a person, even if that person could swim.
