| Oh yeah, I finally went to anger management today, and guess what, i diddnt say a WORD!!! It was hilarious!
First, they asked my how I broke my arm (even though the teacher already knew how I broke my arm) So i just said that I punched a wall...everyone was like " How many Bones did you break?" "Did it hurt?" all that bullshit.... I was like "well, I broke 3 bones, shatterd my wrist (its healed now thank god) and banged my nerves, the bone stuck out of hand, and no it diddnt really hurt" And as soon as I said that the doctors told me that my punch was in the equilivent of falling from a 5-Story building, they shut the hell up... I diddnt like it, though I have only 20 hours left, i think I can manage, I just cant stand it when they force me to be angry, my Doctor 'Mrs.Cabases' told me I need to release my anger more often and told me to be angry right now...I was like.."Uhh, im not mad right now...and frankly I dont want to, I black out and usually I forget what I do, so im scared to do it, and no im not going to". However she did get me angry, and the doctors made me punch like this air-soft pad...I popped the motherfucker....and the doctors claimed that the bag was unpoppiable...stupid doctors... Well, i still have 16 more years of anger to let out, the only good thing I got out of today was 2 things.... 1: I got a councelor who comes to my house once a week 2: I got to go to CyberLanding today, so I was excited about going.... I dont want to go back, im scared ill hurt someone or something....well, at least im getting help right? |

| Yes, it is indeed good that you are getting help. If you are blacking out when you get pissed that is definitely NOT a good thing. Hopefully that won't happen anymore once you are done with the program. | |||

Well, ive blacked out like sever times when i get into fights with my family, usually i just remember myself crying and such, total bullshit, why cant I have controll over my life? lol |

| I was thought to need these until i started living with my grandma, where my mom and sister wouldn't bother me as much, though that's not the reason for moving (i snap if i'm with my sister for more than 8 hours, she does little things constantly to make me insane). There is the computer though, in more intense moments I've subdued it with water, a bokken, nunchaku, shoe, fist, and knife (yes i did try to stab its cover). Blackouts from anger would mean you were so mad your body didn't want to feel it, and that's amazing. |
