Don't you mean Link runs normally, but swims wierd?

Last I remember, there was never even an instance where Zelda had to swim.

Well, it's not a graphics contest. I guess I'm not nearly as critical with graphics as you are, but personally I think they look great.

And I highly doupt this game will get even REMOTELY "overhyped", because ... it's Nintendo, they don't do that.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get maybe "One" more trailer from this game, until it's released, if not none. Nintendo hardly reveals things about their games, Metroid Prime? Hardly knew anything about it until it's released. Metroid Prime 2? All info came out days before it's release, not years like other companies.

That is where I believe Nintendo is smart. You play the game, and see unexpecting things. While as with other developers, you'll "know" what to expect, and get overly dissapointed with games like Halo 2.

So, I basically fully disagree with what you said.

Well, time will tell. It's still too early to predict what Nintendo may or may not do since according to you (or some other person), this game won't be released unti lthe end of the year.

I just have one fear.

Overdoing it with the horse (probably Epona).

I've personally always enjoyed the Zelda games for the free-roaming huge world to explore aspect.

That was completely killed in Wind Waker, and the boat ... well, it just completely ruined the game for me.

So as fun as horse riding in this game looks, I still hope to be wandering around a lot on foot.

There's always a possibility that the world 'map' in the new Zelda game will be much bigger compared to previous games. My assumption is that free roaming is still possible...but it'll take a really long time unless you use Epona. But it seems Epona's not the only 'vehicle' you can drive. How bout them boars eh?

Now the boars, I saw. That looks like it could be pretty wicked, riding boars, or maybe even being able to hop on the backs of other enemies. There'll probabaly be a more advanced fighting system (hopefully anyway. Having at least a different array combos would be pretty cool). Well, we'll just have to wait a while, and see how this turns out.

*Wishes it would release sooner*
