| I've been thinking for a while that I don't really have a favorite animal. I just missed out on that part of childhood where you get to figure stuff like that out. So what's yours?

| You're not alone. I have to many favorites, though preference sometimes shifts a little more to one particular one at times. Right now the closest to a favorite animal I have is a fox. Though llamas are also cool, it's not silly at all. | |||

| What? Wolves ARE cool. But that's not the only reason I like them.
They're proud, noble, strong and loving. Any pup in a pack can walk up to any adult and that adult will play with, care for, or feed the pup if it's hungry. There is a defenite hierarchy within the pack. Alpha Male and Female, Beta Male, and the Omega. They're protective of their own. They work together and are much smarter than your average dog. They're proud of their own strength and rightly so. A single, wounded male brought down a Bull Moose that outwieghed him by over 400 lbs in a fight that lasted hours in order to feed his pack. He was the alpha male of the Arrow River pack I believe in Yosemite National Park. Wolves are an animal that I have an infinite amount of respect for and a great deal of appreciation. |

| Faith in, but are they your favorite?
I personally also love wolves for much the same reason as Pockets does. I also have always had a deep admiration for horses and cats (all cats, especially panthers). It is something about the way they move and their intelligence. Horses were my first favorite as a child, and although they don't hold the spot in my heart they once did, I will always consider them one of my favorites. I also like raccoons. Little bandits. |

| I guess I'll just go with my favorite since I was a really little kid.
Orca whales, also known as "killer whales." They're pretty much the wolves of the seas, being intelligent, travel in packs and have a hierarchy-like system that greatly resembles what Pockets described about wolves. I've just always loved everything about the ocean and Orcas were among my favorite things. And no, not just because I liked Shamu as a kid. I also have a thing for birds. Maybe because I've always raised them and sometimes ponder on what it would be like to be one. |

| Pockets and I have a snake Winrey. She's currently being a bitch right now, and I haven't handled her in a while. Neither of us have really, but Pockets has to handle her to feed her. I don't fear snakes I fear being bitten. I don't know why.
