Well it turns out that now my spot has been given up for some other people. But the drill sergeants are making me Assistant Platoon Guide, meaning that I help out a battle buddy of mine with his platoon. It's not a student sergeant first class, but it's way better than trying to direct a ton of females. |

pull rank do something your troops cant just not listen to you take control don't let them not listen to you. or kick some ass. lol no but seriously make a friend in the lower ranks make him a spy get a network of spies and make sure you get the info and control them. |

Well, it is good that they feel that you are responsible enough for the job. Though I would find ways to make them listen to you... just go all drill sergent one day or something like that. |

Why? Because I've been placed as Floor Commander of my company. I'm incharage of the first floor of Echo Overflow which consists of Delt and Charlie company females. My first detail to assign is floor buffing. So what am I to do? I don't know, but I do know. I don't have a weekend and I'm not going to enjoy it if other people are suffering.
People are putting me incharge of making a fire gaurd, floor duty, and a room commander roster. It's a lot of work, but I've been making it through alright. I've been taking my stress out on watching dvds. I just got Sailor Moon Stars, and I've been watching it a lot. Why? because I finished Magic Knights Rayearth.
Speaking of this, no one listens to me here. So I have to get the room commanders to speak for me. It sucks being at the top of the pyramid now. |
